They had some trouble dirigible out how return credit for the rice crispy to my cc. Drinks take a bit out, but they try to keep up with the pace of orders. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte is good. Went once and thought it was good,…read more Second time going thru, complete inconsistency, failed product, and mislead. The cashier let me order an avocado bacon and cheese sandwich, but failed to advise us there was no avocado available and still charged me full price. 8 dollars for a small sandwich with no Avocado. Ingredients were not fresh. Watered down lattes with milk very little to no coffee or espresso, complete inconsistency. I hope this place goes out of business. This is why people don't go to small business anymore, for the same price go to Biggby coffee and have it consistent every time. Will not be back, 32$ dollars for 2 coffees and sandwiches that aren't good.

However, a friend recommended I check out Blue Huron--I'm glad I did! The store has a very chill, relaxing vibe with unexpected items. In addition to a large coffee and tea section, there are many great gift items. Tea pots, purses, decor, etc. The best was that they sell their own Michigan made Balsamics! If you're newbie like me, you can sample various teas/coffees! The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They also carry Harney & Sons tea. Although you can order it online, I'd MUCH prefer to spend my money locally--and you can try before you buy!
