I called with no appointment - which usually means you get the person with no clientele. Unfortunately, I got Alexis who was 10 min late arriving to the salon for my service, and then she gave me a quickie non-barber skin fade. It didn't blend, it had bits that were higher and lower than others. She didn't use a straight razor, nor electric razor for "skin" fade... didn't line the hairline up... I basically got a beauty school cut but paid barber shop prices. In my eyes, your establishment is only as good as your weakest stylist. And this cut was WEAK! I will not be going back. Would not recommend. They did my roommates hair and a piss poor job at that. Terrible skin fade on the sides and it did not line up at all. One side looks like they didn't even bother to fade it they just buzzed halfway up and then left it like that. Also was way too high. Stay far away from this barber shop. read more

Overpriced, hair cut not worth the 30 dollars , worst part , cash only but they do have an ATM inside if you need to get some cash , also you need to call for an appointment , I found this other place where they also cut hair I think the shopping center is called the boulders and the business name is clippers on Palm drive and took the rest of my family there. It's way cheaper better quality, excellent service at less than half the price (10 dollars) hair cuts are awesome at a more reasonable price, no appointment necessary. read more

Great people they got the whole vibes down when you walk in it's an amazing establishment no complaints there where my complaints are is I called the guy over the phone and asked how long for a child's haircut & he said 25-30 mins max. I said cool he said the earliest available was 2:30 I get here 10 mins early for my little brothers haircut apt & we wait till he's done and he was super late my little brother finally sat in the chair 36 minutes late.. and now I'm still waiting 40 minutes in for him to finish what was supposed to be a 30 min max cut.. don't get me wrong it looks great so far but time management is key and now I'm late for what I have to do because of this. shoulda been out of here by 3pm and it's now 3:41 and my bro is still on the chair.. read more

So is it the norm at Barbershops to schedule you a time with a certain Barber then have you waiting 30 min. just to be handed off to another Barber? Made my son a 5:30 appt. with Miguel to have us waiting 30 min. before another Barber asking if it was ok for him to cut my Sons hair. Well damn after 30 min. of waiting I didn't care who cut his hair. I didn't say anything because I know I would've gotten ghetto, lol. Ended up leaving the shop until 6:35. I had prior to this visit had another bad experience at this place but thought hey let's give it one more try. Better communication with your customers is what ya'll have to work on. read more
