Our street side sign was delivered crooked and the last letter was half hidden behind the frame. They took it to fix over 30 days ago, and have yet to deliver. I went to their office last Saturday, and they promised (again) to deliver Monday. It is Tuesday and no delivery or even a courtesy call. I will never do business with them again, or recommend any of our customers to them. We even sent them one of our customers last month. They even took full payment.

I have worked for Downs Marketing for about 4 months. My favorite thing about this company is the opportunity that exists. From the 2nd interview forward, Brandon makes sure that each employee is given the same respect, knowledge, and opportunity. He explains to us exactly how a commission based marketing position works and what techniques to use that works best in sales. He makes working fun, interesting and challenging all the same. This job takes hard work and a student mentality for it to work. This is not the job for someone seeking easy money. Because we work mostly on commission, it is a requirement to work hard, learn the product knowledge given to you, and follow instructions. One major benefit of this company opposed to other sales marketing companies is that at Downs Marketing we are not pushy sales people and are not trained to be so. Downs Marketing is an organization where family, commitment, and teamwork mentalities all come together for the greater good of everyone.
