The quality of work was extremely poor and he didn't complete the work as intended. He refused to provide the receipt as documentation of the supplies purchased and increased the cost for labor. The hurricane beat them up pretty bad. Although we feel somewhat exposed, the comfort of knowing the threat of gigormous limbs continuing to fall on us is GONE!!! The stumps were grinded to shreds, and all debris was removed promptly. They have excellent work ethics: no profanity, smoking or loud music either. A respectful crew. The total cost was beyond reasonable. We highly recommend Grand Magnolia. I forgot to mention, I asked for a recommendation for repairing our fence which was also damaged. I didn't realize fence repair and replacement was another service they offer. Completely repaired and a brand new gate in hours. It's a wonderful feeling to have the sense of relief from the danger of the trees!!! We are very grateful they squeezed us in their very busy schedule because he could see the danger lurking...only a matter of time...
