They told me that I was the one confused about our phone conversation and they remembered everything about the interaction, even though they said it happened late in the day and the time on my cell phone showed the call was at 8:20AM. In the end, if they had simply apologized and admitted they got the timing wrong instead of trying to make me look like I had screwed up, I could have been more understanding. But trying to tell me I was the one who was confused about the appointment just makes them seem incredibly untrustworthy. It looks like they do good work when they actually show up, but this interaction has me seriously questioning their integrity.

They showed up on time, stayed in communication with me until they arrived, were courteous and respectful of my wants and needs in a landscaping service, and will provide me with a free estimate by email. They did provide me with an estimate that was a rough draft but I need something more in detail on this job so they will be sending me one more again soon.
