Permadry was like a gift from heaven, when they fixed the 10 foot crack. You could literally hear the water running in the crack before it was fix. We now have a guest room complete with on suite. Just this spring I had noticed a small damp area on the floor where the crack was fix. We exposed the crack and found some leaking around the injection tubes. We called Permadry and we were put on a schedule for inspection. Danny Cole arrived and without hesitation told us the entire crack would be fixed under complete warranty.
