Stay far away from Judge Foley. He gives known abusers custody of children despite proof of abuse. My ex had been arrested for violating a protective order, had two DUI's and was given full custody with a claim of "Parental Alienation," which is used against protective parents and is not accepted by the American Psychological Association. His most recent tragedy was giving full custody to the Dover cop who broke his wife's ribs. This judge should be jailed for his crimes against families & children. read more

On Judge Foley -- that's his MO -- it's well known by the Court system that he arbitrarily awards children like property to abusive fathers, wholly in volation of state child endangerment statutes, child abuse laws, and a child's constitutional right (yes children have constitutional rights). He should be criminally investigated. read more
