WORST SHOPPERS - the Canada Post office "manager" Jake provoked an argument with me today on my…read morelunch break as he stated that my ID would need to match the address on my package, though Im new to London and from Toronto and none of my IDs are to my address yet in London. Plus my package was gifted to me for my plants by a friend. I didn't have my physical ID on me as I was on lunch, which he stated that I'd have to bring my ID and show something with my address. When I stated that I wouldn't have any ID with my address, he said that I could show proof of address on my phone but refused to allow for me to show my Proof of ID on the phone which I could have simply produced both on the spot. He refused. Clear contradiction right there as I offered to present multiple IDS on my phone, along with a bill that he claimed was OK to show from the phone. This short man, who also claims to be the manager of the post office at 431 Richmond St, London, ON N6A 6E2 Unit #100 was offended that I was frustrated at his CLEAR contradiction, as Canada Post already dropped the ball on delivery, and did not even schedule a reattempt. I responded that makes no sense bro, and he started yelling at me "DONT CALL ME BRO" and told me I had to leave. As I walked away, he continued to shout don't bro me, don't bro me in an aggressive and confrontational matter. As an educated Paralegal, First Nations Woman I am confused how this employee has the right to degrade, humiliate, antagonize, and disrespect customers and demand for me to leave on my own land. I'm confused, as using the word bro is not a form of profanity, merely a word I chose to use within our dialogue out of frustration, which I am a grown woman and I can do so. I asked for his managers name and information which he refused to provide to me. So as I was leaving he continued shouting at me not to call him bro and to get out of the store. I left the store and when I returned after work to pick up my package with my physical ID and mail, I was notified by another employee that my package which was supposed to be picked up within 15 days of missed delivery (yesterday February 24) so my package should have been held for me to pickup at that Shoppers location until March 11, at the Canada Post Office at Shoppers location 431 Richmond St, London, ON N6A 6E2 Unit #100 was returned to sender. So this man insulted me, provoked an argument with me, humiliated me and then continued to abuse his power as a "manager" and disregard company policy which he sent my package back to the sender and disregarded your Canada Post Policy to hold my package for 15 days. When I called at 8:45 to complain I was hung up on, which I requested to speak with Mikhail the manager of Shoppers. The other employee told me they have more important concerns to deal with than my concern. Meanwhile, my plants are going to die and my package was pertaining to that. So if he returned it to the sender, which my package was already delayed thats just an abuse of power and affecting the livelihood of my plants. ALSO, he LIED and put address incomplete as the reason, though the Canada post card has my full address noted on it. Caucasian man discriminating me and taking advantage of the system during black history month. Also his Canada post colleague confirmed he scheduled the return to sender when I left store. Why would it be returned to sender if I should've had 15 days to pick up as noted. Because this doof, thinks he's smart but it's okay. Also they delivered to address my building was just locked why they asked for pickup

As it is obvious by my reviews, I am not a chain store fan…read more This Shopper's however deserves a shoutout regarding their pharmacy. We moved to this section of London knowing a new pharmacy would be a risk. With a Type 1 Diabetic in the family, you need a responsive pharmacy. They need to have your basics in stock...insulin, pump supplies, test strips. This pharmacy systematically called doctors and specialists to get scripts renewed without being asked. Then they filled them and called us. It was fantastic not having to do this legwork...my other Shopper's was good but these guys were great. I will do another review on the store another time but for now kudos go to the Pharmacy staff

I changed my family's prescriptions over to Rymal Gage Pharmacy, from Rexall about 6 -8 months ago…read more I wish I had done this earlier! They are great and I would recommend them to my family and friends. First I will tell you my not so great experience with Rexall for several years. All the years I went to Rexall, their dispensing fees kept getting higher and higher and my insurance only covered up to a certain amount for the dispensing fee, so I was having to pay over $2.00 for each prescription. I get prescriptions fairly frequently, yet no one even knew me there. There were many many times I would call in for a repeat days before I was going to pick it up, and then it wouldn't be there, so I'd have to wait at least 30 min for them to get it for me. Or if I had no repeats left on my prescription and they had to fax my doctors office, there were several times it was forgotten. So I would then have to go back the next day or so to pick it up, and again it wasn't there. My doctor has told me that she has gotten a fax from them a few times in one week and she assured me she sent them back to Rexall, yet Rexall still wouldn't have them ready for me. That was becoming more and more a frequent occurrence. I think they are just too busy to handle the amount of patients/prescriptions they get and can easily miss things or make mistakes in orders. And of course no one has time to go through your meds to make sure you can pick most up the same day. They just don't have the time to really help you. I don't really blame the pharmacists themselves. I feel it may be lack of staffing compared to the amount of patients they have. Enough about Rexall. Rymal and Gage Pharmacy: I just wish I had known about Rymal Gage Pharmacy earlier. They've made my prescription ordering and pick up so much easier. Their dispensing fee is reasonable as now I do not have to pay ANY co-pay for my prescriptions. They personally knew me and remember my and my family after only meeting us once! The regular girl assistant (Sorry, I cant think of her name), that has been working there since I started going is very friendly, helpful, and knows us by name. They have faxed my doctor to change quantity of pills to coincide reorder times, on my behalf so that I can make less visits there and pick up more of my prescriptions at one time. I really like the pharmacist Ashok; I find him very friendly and helpful. They are also very fast. I never ever wait long to pick up a prescription (unlike Rexall). And I also noticed that a lot of their over the counter medicines seem to be cheaper then the big chain drug stores. Thanks Rymal Gage Pharmacy.
