Brock has been absolutely amazing!! Called him on a friday with a breaker box failing at our home (…read moreof course on a friday ). He came looked that afternoon got me fixed up for the weekend had all the permits applied for and ready to replace it on Monday! He had it all taken care of for me, I didn't have to do anything he took care of it all. He showed up on time, got the job done 2 hours before he had estimated being done. He charged a VERY reasonable rate & kept to it with no surprise extra costs. He cleaned up his mess was polite and really a nice guy to have in our home. We have called him 2 more times now for other things at our business. His response time is amazing even if he cant get to us that day he answers the call which nowadays is rare. I love that he actually also took the time to label my entire box correctly the first time I've ever been able to open that box and know exactly what breaker goes to what. This may seem normal but after years of guess work it is really nice. I fully recommend Brock & we will continue to use him in the future for all our electrical needs.

I ended up putting the job on hold and did so for months. When I was ready to proceed, Scott reacquainted himself with the job, confirmed the original estimate still valid and scheduled us for my preferred date. Scott confirmed the appointment the day before. Tyler sent me "I'm on my way" Text with his photo and promptly got to work. He discovered a problem under our toilet that I believed (but hoped did not) existed. He sent me photos and his office is coordinating with Dolphin to address the fix. I have used Dolphin before and trust Jim immensely. I was so relieved when Tyler said his office would contact Dolphin and explain the situation. He made my day by saying don't worry - we will contact Dolphin and coordinate. Thank you Tyler! (This plumbing company is superb to the Newport plumbing company that starts with an R and is three letters! I told them there was an issue re the toilet they installed. They came out and said it was a squeak from a sub floor nail. Funny it never squeaked before and the sub floor never changed - but the R plumbing company guy was rude and said it was fine - very demeaning- and then billed me an additional $150.00 to come out. For years I ignored the squeak but I knew there was a small leak. So glad I hired Newport Plumbing and I am now a customer for life.)

Button took down her address and phone number, and said he would be there the following afternoon. She waited until eight that evening. He never arrived. I left him a message asking for any kind of update, but I got no response. Why make someone wait all day for a no-show? If he couldn't make it, he could have called to let us know--or just refused the job to begin with. Then we might have tried another company. As it is I've lost another day, and the problem is getting worse. What a staggering lack of respect for other people's time. How does this guy stay in business?
