Kinda cool. It was a first run for me, so it was a must to get directions. Security manning the kiosk welcomed us with a friendly smile and pointed us exactly where we needed to be. He even knew of specifics, How much time we had left before the mass and burial. The church/chapel was impressive. The whole service was solemn and almost majestic. Even the burial ceremony was very formal and dignified. FUN FACT: There are a few famous peeps buried here: John Candy, Walter O'Malley, Sharon Tate. I can't speak about their hired services, but as a guest, I was impressed. And as much of a positive experience as this was, I don't hope to come back anytime soon...

Came to the kia forum for a concert & there was a man standing outside this building offering $30…read moreparking, no other cars were parked in this parking lot so we were the first to actually accept the parking as we were parking and the man was guiding us in he rudely rushed us to get out the car we needed 2 minutes to grab our belongings and cash to take with us into the venue and to pay for the parking spot and he kept repeating himself in a loud tone for us to get out the car immediately & i thought it was extremely rude and suspicious my partner finally told him to calm down and not to rush us out the car and he t then threatened us saying " don't make me call my homegirl you're not gonna like that " i responded and told him we were never trying to disrespect him but we felt that it was extremely rude and that he had no other cars to assist so why are we being rushed & he responds " i want to sit down already that's why ". when we pulled up he was already standing up yelling out $30 parking so i don't understand where that energy came from. it was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience ever. this man was an african american man that looked pretty heavy in weight and i felt it was ghetto that he threatened us over not getting out the car fast enough at his convenience. if you're gonna send workers out to charge for parking do better and don't send somebody that is going to power trip every customer that comes by that is how you lose out on business and next time he's gonna approach the wrong person crazy that will affect not just his safety but also the business at lighthouse memorials.

The staff Leslie, Andrea, Lance, Tanya, Rein, David these people held us up the whole entire way with nothing but true compassion, kindness, understanding. They helped worked hard and went the extra mile on everything from expediating death certificates, to coordinating our beloved sister travels from moving her from place we were not pleased with and quickly getting her to lighthouse, assisting with setting up extra tables and sitting in their beautiful dinning area to accommodate the enormous amount of people who came to show LOVE & RESPECT for our baby sister. The facility is beautiful well lilt with update furniture you just feel at peace when you step inside.
