These guys came to my house representing Duke Electricity. They said they wanted to "trim" my trees…read morearound the power lines. We discussed in detail what would be done. They asked to remove 4 locust trees which I gave them permission to do. Everything else was supposed to be "trimmed" nicely. When I got home from work I discovered that they removed around 6 other trees and decimated my wooded lot. Then they sent some yokels in to finish up - which I denied access to my property. Be warned! You cannot trust anyone representing a Utility company - especially supposed "Tree Trimmers" - they are clear-cutters and not trained Arborists. Their goal is to decimate and destroy your property. These guys are disingenuous at best - they will lie to your face and then do what they want to your property - leaving a huge mess for you to clean up.

He came to look at the trees and gave me an estimate. I told him that I was also getting an estimate from other tree services. He said he would beat any other prices I got-and he did.
