Brian Williams is not a homebuilder! He is a wannabe perhaps…read more His concrete work on my new home was a disaster. The garage is one foot out of square. The top of the foundation which is supposed to be flat and level varies as much as 3 inches. I stopped him before he tried to pour the basement floor. Again the prep work was sub-par. So far he has refused to rectify any of these disasters. And refuses any communication. Run from this guy.

I had to call out a master electrician to come figure it out. Turns out they made what he called an amateur mistake that cost me $50 for him to come out and fix. I requested via text for them to contact me numerous times, but they are ignoring me. Hence this post. I figure they owe me for the electrician's fee to fix their mistake. I would hire them again for anything except electrical work.

I can not recommend Rob to do any work at all. You do not want to hire this company there is plenty…read moreof good reputable contractors out there, he is not one of them. He basically knowingly ripped us off. He collected $9000 upfront to buy materials with the understanding material would be delivered right away and work would start. Nothing happened and he mysteriously disappeared for two months. When the work started he would only work about 2 hours a day. A deck that should have taken at the most two weeks to do is still not finished after 9 months. Even worse the workmanship is of such poor quality that it will cost several thousand to redo to make it even safe. Another part of his scam is that he asked for another $6000 to finish the job we had contracted . The deck is only about half finished and he has collected about 80 percent of the agreed upon monies. Worst experience in 20 years dealing with contractors, you do not want to hire this guy to do anything at all.
