After surgery, since I have a drop foot condition, Dr Milner regularly inspected my foot for a period of 10 weeks till he was satisfied that the wound has healed properly. Called InStride twice to figure out what was going on only for them to tell me there won't be meds until future procedures. While on the drive home, we then get notified from our pharmacy that a prescription has been sent by the InStride provider to be picked up. We then turned all the way back to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. There is a terrible lack of communication within their team.

Appointments are easy to get and the wait times in the office are reasonable. All of the staff are customer/patient oriented. This includes the front desk, the assistants, and doctors. The waiting room is open with ample seating. The examination rooms are appropriately sized, neat, and clean. They also have facilities for x-rays and orthotic measurements. All were narrowing with arms on them. There were no spare armless stools or armless chairs for someone with wide girth like myself. So this was very uncomfortable for me accompanying my elderly mother. My 94 yr old mother had to struggle to get up into the exam chair...almost too hard for her. The struggle left her very fatigued. Suggestion: bring in a few extra-wide chairs for heavier people; and, step stools for short people trying to get in and out of exam chairs.

I experienced the most pleasant and appropriate chiding I could expect which left me totally pleased for their maintained standards to provide timely care for others, yet afforded me forgiveness and grace for my mistake. My painful problem was rapidly diagnosed with the aid of onsite X-ray equipment. The therapy provided me rapid pain relief. If surgery is warranted he assures you that he will take his time, as he takes pride in what he does and wants the patient to be comfortable and happy. His bedside manner is one that is off the charts, as he is very attentive and answers each and every question that you may have. He does not rush your appointment time and he is always available if you have questions. He even gives patients his cell phone number! How many doctors do that? I highly recommend him to anyone who is having any type of foot problems.
