He got the cream cheese strawberry pastry and pineapple upside down mini cake. I chose a simple chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate croissant. I love how these pastries are not too sweet. I asked the employee to choose one for me. She decided on the strawberry filled pop tart which I probably wouldn't have chosen myself. But i'm sure glad she did! The pastry was flaky and soft, the strawberry filling was not overly sweet. The pop tart was so good overall! I will definitely be coming back on my next cheat day.

They aren't even the same. All the rest of the bakeries in town, can't even compete with a Mexican bakery in SA. Sorry it's the truth. So to compare this, and the prices, is like comparing brisket from snows, to bill millers. Come on people get it together. Other places rely on waaaayyy to sweet/paste and copy recipes. Could you buy 2/3 bags full of pastries somewhere for the price of 3/4 pastries here, probably. This is a luxury or a treat. Or if you really really love your coworker/friends/family and you're a baller you come here and buy boxes. You taste every ingredient and step. If you don't, I don't know what you're eating. The pain au chocalat is spectacular. If I didn't have to worry about getting diabetes I would eat every morning with coffee! The almond croissant was almost as equally great! Almond is one of those ingredients that can go horribly wrong or horribly great! The lemon loaf isn't my cup of tea, but the midget loves this! I've never ever had bad service!!! I finally saw the sign, "you're the boss, if you want it warm let us know". I think people don't understand how a bakery works if you're expecting things to be fresh the moment you order. It boggles my mind. If that was the case you would be waiting for hours. I applaud chef Grecia Ramos for caring about what her name is tied to, unlike chef Johnny Hernandez(man I'm still fuming about that!) I will recommend this bakery until they prove me wrong. I get it, everyone has different taste buds, different likes. Come judge for yourself.

Pros - the lady who served us was super sweet - clear and easy to read menu (wish they had pictures though) - fried zucchini comes with regular or spicy ranch! - the fries could be seasoned as spicy or not spicy, and it came with a side of ketchup ready to go - the presentation of the food made it super easy to grab and eat/share - they accept card or cash - we didn't wait long for our food Cons - the fried zucchini was a bit mushy on the inside, and it was a relatively small portion for $4

Always hate when food trucks sell out, though it is understandable. Friendly employees, ready to answer any questions regarding the menu. What did we choose tonight? *Fried Mushrooms were unsatisfying. Slacking on flavor, breading overpowered. *Southwest Turkey Melt Sandwich, full of creative ingredients. Avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pico de gallo, and even some kettle chips! Turkey was tasty deli thin cut, flavors came together well. Texas Toast was grilled with the right amount of butter an oil (you know how often places serve it drenched in oil!). I will say that the cheese was a little firm and the sandwich a little lukewarm for a "melt". Chose *Potato Salad as the side, which was tastier than expected; appreciated that there was not as much mustard or vinegar as most. *Mushroom Swiss Burger ironically had cheese that was far more melted than the Turkey Melt. Which was awesome, of course. Fresh and flavored sliced mushrooms (unlike them fried ones), a tasty fat patty (moist, tender, maybe a little extra flavor needed), and buttery, slightly sweet buns. Overall excellent. Came with *Fries, which were satisfactory; some were burnt and dry. Dessert was a *Fried Twinkie with Raspberry Drizzle. Oh, it was heavenly.
