The bar has sandwiches available for lunch or you can head over to a few nearby locations. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport in Olbia and easily accessible by taxi or shuttle. Taxi and shuttles cost about the same,. however the quality of car and driver will vary. The dinner menu is mostly a fixed surf and turf with appetizer, first and second course, and dessert. Cost is above average for dinner but extremely convenient if you spend all day on a sea excursion and/or at the beach. Within a 15 minute walk you can enjoy another couple of beaches frequented by locals. Most are similar to the private hotel beach. The white sand and turquoise water is mainly off the island and all water is extremely clear and vibrant with life. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you arrive early, you can park your bags in the lobby and enjoy the pool, beach, excursion, etc without interuption. I recommend arriving early and making plans as some flight options arrive at night wasting a day. Extremely relaxing, extremely nice amenities, rooms are nice, beds are a bit stiff but the blankets are locally sourced stitched quilts. View is amazing. And convenience of snorkeling is incomparable.

The outside pool was not finished yet, but the construction is looking great, so that future guests will have a nice time there. The indoor Pool is managed by a different Company and so you have to pay it (18€/2h) it is a hole spa then inkl. all you can imagine and on a rainy day it might be worth the money, but in our case it was no option. Due to heavy rain the week before the Garage was flooded and we could not use it, but there are several parking options in the closer area to park the car. In our case we found a space every day directly in front of the Hotel (2min. walking). In 10 minutes you are walked from the Hotel to the City-Center, so you are not Downtown, but extremely close. Silence&Centered in once! In about 30-45 min. you are at the beautiful beaches in Costa Smeralda or San Teodoro where you can spend the day, after refreshing in the Hotel you go in the City to have a good Dinner and nice evening. Verry good located!! On the last day the Housekeeping has putted a Teddybear and a Nightshirt into laundry by mistake, Anton took care about it and called as soon the bear&the shirt was ready to be picked up. Cause it was our last day he even offered free shipping to Germany if found after leaving the island! Thanks for that! All in all it was a great stay and we are truly thinking about coming back.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in June 2024 and every single morning the shorter man with the mohawk made sexual advances on me during my stay with a friend. The first morning, he complimented me a few times and I thought nothing of it, he even came up to our table and tried using google translate to which stated 'do you have an ad?" My friend and I were very confused, but just figured it was due to a language barrier. Later that same day, we were taking photos on the property and we noticed he was probably on on break when he walked over and stared briefly while we took pictures again making us immensly uncomfortable . The next day at breakfast, he gave me a note asking if he could "give me a gift tonight", to which I politely declined and and he continued to give me unsolicited compliments during breakfast and continued to make myself and my friend extremely uncomfortable to even get up and get more food in fear he would come out from the kitchen and try to speak to me. As we were wrapping up, he then came up to me again and asked me if he could "pay for me for an hour and that I was so beautiful." Immediately after this, we went to speak to the manager and she went down to him Immediately, however, she never followed-up with us or even apologized for the continuous egregious behavior and unprofessionalism. By day three, we ended up skipping breakfast because we weren't interested in dealing with him after he tried to solicit inappropriate acts to me and by the 4th day we ended up sitting as far as we could from the main dinning area inconveniencing us and it seemed that maybe his manager did speak to him? I am saddened that this man ruined any sense of safety and comfortability we had at the property and the lack of follow-up that should have been done after we reported this incident. We also, spent quite a bit of money to stay here $1,000 plus and was offered to form of compensation. For a 4 star hotel, we will not be staying here again as they seem to allow staff who sexually harass their guest's to remain employed. I also filed a complaint with my cc company and they said there is nothing they can do, so please DO NOT STAY HERE!! I also wanted to add that the property was alright, however, the air vents in the rooms need to be cleaned. You have been warned

Front desk was unhelpful. They offered a refund and told me to follow up via email then told me they were not refunding me.... Very bad management. Pictures are deceiving the hotel is very outdated and old, ugly, and lobby smelled like a toilet.

We've been traveling Italy for one month from the bottom to the top and every single hotel even the cheap ones I cheats both of them. The food the service and the restaurant is terrible overpriced and they do not treat hotel guess any more special than they do people coming in off the street. They have no ATM on site and they refused to give petty cash to their high-paying clients so you have to walk in the heat to try to find an ATM. (Not nearby). The air-conditioner works less then in hotels we paid 60 a night for. Terrible. The rooms are large and the furnishings are decent somebody cares about this hotel but they are not staying there to understand the actual experience. Worst hotel in 30 days of travel and second most expensive. Service is everything.

We booked the Queen Suite Spa Martina for the first night and the Princess Suite Spa Giada for the second. The Hotel is very nice and the people who work the front desk are very professional and courteous. The problem we had is the temperature in Olbia at the time was 91F/33C during the day and 73F/23C and very humid. Apparently the Air conditioner was not working the first night. They provided a small fan but the humidity and heat made for a rough night. Without screens on the windows and the high humidity, we kept them shut. We asked to speak to the manager, and they said he was not at the hotel. I politely asked for a discount for the air conditioning not working and they said they would pass it on to the manager. The office staff said they would have him get a hold of us prior to our departure on the 29th. He never got in touch with us nor emailed us to apologize or compensate us in any way. Several weeks after arriving home I emailed the hotel asking for some sort of resolution and did not receive any response. As lovely as this hotel is, I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here as the hotel's management only cares about money and not the well-being of his guests
