Nice hotel located within a mall! Enjoyed my recent 2 night stay here as it was pretty central and not far from all of the places I needed to be. The front desk folks will give you pretty good chocolate chip cookies if you're nice to them. Room was comfy and a nice size...very comfy bed as well. Loved the side couch near the window to sit and work on in addition to the regular desk itself. There is a breakfast restaurant, but they charge a blanket price of 33 Canadian dollars to dine, even if you want something very small. Would stay here again for the right price.

3.5 stars Well located near many attractions. Comfortable beds. Decent water pressure. Easy check in with the classic warm cookie welcome. Upscale feel in the lobby. Attached to indoor nearby mall. Cons: odd layout with valet parking on street level and must take elevator to lobby, lobby is busy and crowded, pool looked zoo like with loud splashing children so we skipped, food in restaurant is extra cost (why do this if you can go nearby and get good food), elevators took forever especially during 11am check out (had to wait for 3 elevators and eventually took the elevator up to go down), big crack under the door so was concerned about noise, ice machine is very difficult to find as it's in a closet down the end of the hallway.

This place was tough to find! fortunately I found the valet spot before the hotel. Valet parking was expensive but here were some self-park options available but didn't want to deal with the hassle. I took the elevator up to the check-in area. The check-in area was busy with airline personnel and there was only one person working the front desk so I put my bags in my work colleague's room and went to dinner. I checked in later after the line died down. I was pleased with the appearance of my room and the quality of the internet. The air conditioning did not meet my expectations but I suspect that the humidity from the rain outside impacted the humidity in my room. This place is located right next to a shopping mall but this whole area around the hotel is under construction and it takes an eternity to drive through the area. The valet parking was great (and expensive) and they had easy access to the vehicle. Overall 3 stars.

Super clean and bed is comfortable. Desk is tiny so not that great if you have work to do in the hotel. You need to use your room key to operate the elevator so that is added security. Walking distance to convention center and tons of restaurants.

Great location right smack in the downtown area. The hotel is a little awkward to check in once you arrive. If you are driving here park your car downstairs in the hotel self parking lot. Then take the elevator to the lobby to check in. Once you have checked in you take another set of elevators to get to your room. The rooms were a little smaller as we had 2 full size beds. Beds were comfortable but more importantly clean. The gym and pool area is spacious and well maintained. One of the main features staying here is the food court and mall is conveniently located downstairs. The food court serves up halal food, burgers, coffee and other quick little bites of food. The mall has many shops as well and a beautiful fountain that spouts water high up in the air accompanied by a cool light show and music. Like I said located right in the downtown area and walking distances to the local Chinatown and the Notre dame basilica. I was here for 2 nites and they had fashion shows with runway models outside the streets by the hotel, how cool is that? I would stay here again since the location and convenience is hard to beat.

Checking in was very easy and they even said they were expecting me, which was very refreshing after the last hotel I stayed in for business, which was the Hilton in Richmond, VA at Short Pump in which the staff was very condescending and poor at checking people in, especially business travelers. This place definitely took great care at check in to make sure I felt welcomed, including asking me if I had any questions. She went over everything I needed to know about the property. When I got to the room I was impressed with the size of it - it was pretty large, with lots of open space, a decent desk, plenty of seating, and a very nice, clean, and comfortable bed which was fitted with ironed sheets! The TV in the room was disproportionately small and their streaming channel options were limited, but I made the best of it, as it's mostly background noise while I'm working anyway. The location is decent, only a couple of blocks from the Rue Sainte-Catherine shopping and dining area, which also has the Complexe Desjardins (a mall). There's a Metro station a block away as well. They have a decent size gym with all the normal stuff and a pretty nice, two-level lounge for those with access via their loyalty level. Overall, I'm enjoying the stay here and would return!

One standout was the gym, which is much better than what you typically find in hotels, with multiple treadmills, a stair stepper, ellipticals, and a solid selection of weights. They also have a two lane indoor pool and an indoor hot tub, which were nice added amenities. I especially appreciated that my room had a patio, it was great being able to get some fresh air. The only downside was the noise. There were very loud neighbours in the hallway with screaming and music playing until around 11:30 pm. I contacted the front desk and was told security would be sent up, but no one came and the noise continued past midnight. Overall, a solid hotel with great amenities, but the lack of follow through on the noise issue was disappointing.

I booked through hotels.com a 1 night stay on 1/2/24. So horrific: 1. The pictures are clean. The reality is a s-hole dump. Beer bottles and trash lined the walkway to the door. The entire building smelled of smoke. 2. Front desk staff barely communicative. 3. Room was FAR smaller than advertised and was also dirty. The room to which I was assigned looked like NOTHING IN ANY OF THE PHOTOS. 4. Public shared restroom: i did not even go in since everything else smelled like piss, cigarettes and beer, I figured the bathrooms were also disgusting. 5. Parking is off site; no bell hop or other staff to carry bags up two flights of stairs (no lift). The only plus is that I got a few dollars of one key rewards for walking in and out of a horriffic, unsanitary, smoky boarding home- far far below any consideration of the name "hotel." It's not even hostel level. This is an unhealthy, and borderline dangerous place to stay. It is destined to close down, fail, and die. You may too if you stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. My friend and I walked away in silence and immediately looked at each other like, "Was that real?" It was just an oddly unpleasant interaction that set the tone. On the positive side, the rooms are big and clean. Every housekeeper we passed in the hall was incredibly warm and friendly. A couple things to note: 1) no valet, and 2) in our room, the shower feels like it's in the middle of the space and lacks basic privacy. Totally fine if you're with a best friend or partner, but I would've been mortified if I were sharing the room with anyone else. Not sure if it's just this layout or if all the rooms are like that. But I'm not sure I actually like the style. They lean super hard into their theme. Pink is everywhere, there's a strong signature scent pumped through the lobby, and the whole place feels like it was designed for a photo shoot more than a comfortable stay. It's nice, but just a bit too much across the board. It's definitely a sexy hotel, great for bringing a spouse or significant other. But you'll want to be at a stage in your relationship where you're comfortable using the bathroom with the other person in the room - because there's almost no privacy. Glass walls and open layouts look cool, but they don't leave much to the imagination. If you love bold, highly styled spaces and don't mind a little flash over function, this could be perfect. I'll pass on returning but I won't say it isn't beautiful.
