You order at the counter, and be sure to know that they are willing to work with you so that you can get exactly what you want. Note: there are only canned and bottled drinks available. And my husband was happy to see a Recycle bin to reduce waste. My husband ordered the Veggie Grinder (with the avocado on the side for me). And that's pretty much what it was - so delicious!! But also so huge that I had to give half of my bun to my husband so that I could finish the chicken and vegetables. While talking to Mike, the owner, I learned that I could order that sandwich as a bowl, without the bun. While the bun is delicious, I do try to eat low carb so I will try that next time.
