I told them my husband is putting the other half on a separate credit card. We called multiple times no call back and left multiple voicemails to pay the second half on a different card. no answer. they blamed it on not listening to voicemails and it takes too long to listen to 30 voicemails....anyways. so they charged the same credit card without reaching out to us. the remainder amount which we did not approve so just know that they hold onto your credit card and run your card without contacting you. He helped us figure out the best layout for our property, answered all of our questions, and really cared about making sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also funny, friendly, and just really easy to work with. Chris was booking a few months out when we first reached out, but I can confidently say our fence was worth the wait. The materials are high quality, reasonable pricing, the attention to detail is excellent, and everything was done with both function and appearance in mind. You can tell Chris takes a lot of pride in his work and stands behind what he installs. His crew also worked incredibly hard through some seriously hot summer days, and we really appreciated the care they put into everything. My husband and I absolutely love how the fence turned out and our two dogs may be even happier than we are! If you're looking for a local fence company that does quality work, pays attention to the details, and genuinely wants you to be happy with the finished product, I can't recommend Penney Fence enough. We're so glad we went with them!
