He explained that the pipes were crushed from construction trucks when the house was built & it needed to be replaced. He estimated $10,000 to re-run the pipes, cut the concrete & re-place cement. They came, ran an 80 foot snake, showed photos that the pipes were o.k. & not crushed, billed us $185 & problem was solved. I REALLY feel this guy is a scammer.
