It was a sized item and did not fit correctly, so we started to look into returns. Nowhere on the item page or check out page did it say it was final sale. On the slip that accompanied the item, there is very, very small print that says final sale. There is a returns page which states sale items are not returnable, but as a young lady learning about purchasing online - she was not aware to look for this. I contacted the shop and they were going to make an 'exception' - minus a 20% restocking fee, initial shipping cost and return cost was on us. Not really an exception from my perspective. I know my daughter made an error - and will learn from this, but I expected better. We will not purchase from them again.

Staff seemed very friendly and asked numerous times if I needed help which kinda got on my nerves but I understand they are in the business to sell. I was just browsing around and drooling over the horse stuff. They have plenty of English & hunter jumper items to look at. If you are into western horse stuff you are in the wrong place. Plenty of name brands, like ariat, etc. From boots to clothes, saddles, bridles, bits, grooming items, hay nets, and many more items, they have a little bit of everything! This place is amazing! We are in the process of transitioning our dogs to raw food again after…read moretaking a few years off, and the amount of products and supplements available is incredible. The store is well stocked, employees are helpful and knowledgeable and the location is easily accessible. There are options to order ahead for pickup, and special orders for different dietary needs. As someone who has always opted for healthy/species appropriate diets I am so happy to see this place stocked with high quality products.
