stopped to get gas this morning. they had the music blaring at the pumps. I'm a regular customer and today, it just made this station trashy in my opinion I really do not think customers really care for this nonsense. their decision to do this absolutely makes the experience horrible. I don't know what I did to the large dark haired cashier with the bad eye makeup but she is consistently rude as hell to me. My first bad experience with her was months ago and I decided to come back after a period of abstinence. Nothing changed. I don't know if she hates brown people or what but her demeanor changes as soon as it's my turn in line. I refuse to spend another dime here as long as she is employed at this establishment. Everyone else there is great but this "lady" should find a job unrelated to customer service. read more

This is a gas station, convient store, grill, and car wash all rolled into one slapped right in the middle of Nicholasville and Lexington off Nicholasville Road. I have stopped here a few times for gas, but today actually checked in and boight a soda after filling up Ellie full of gas. This store has easy and exit onto the main road. Please note when exiting the exit directy on Nich Rd that you can only turn right 'legally' due to exceasive traffic. They have a Dk Grill which offers daily buffet , limited seating, and hot foods to go as well. Their fountain drinks are all 99 cents no matter the size. Like they are encouraging me to have to get their biggest beverage and I did . The store itself is really clean and the staff are really nice and friendly. They always strike up small talk when I pay and sometimes when I enter. Today I actually needed to use their facilities (due to another stores 89 cent huge beverage) and the men's room was being cleaned. Ohs no. But never fret. On down the hall beside the female restroom, there is a man/woman facility (possibly for transgender). Who knows really? I was just happy I could pee. Lol. I've eaten breakfast here about once a week for several years. When COVID hit, I didn't eat out for several months but I stopped in for biscuits and gravy a few weeks ago and none of the cooks were wearing their masks correctly. Some had the nose hanging out and others had them down on their chin not even covering their mouth, so I turned around and left. Today I thought I'd try again, but once again, the cooks aren't covering their faces. I won't be back. read more

Horrible service at the grill, I ordered my mothers food and mine waited over 30 min but then the people that came in behind me who knew the lady taking orders received their order before mine and then they could not even get my order correct and so I cancelled and got my money back after 40 min. I asked for the manager 3 times but no one would come talk with me so I just called and was put on hold for 30 min waiting on a manage to come to the phone. When she finally answered I explained everything but she said she couldn't do anything about and I would need to talk to the day manager. Really the day manager wouldn't talk to me either so I will contact Donna Childers the owner and let her know how her managers and employees treat the non regular customers. read more

Many of the pumps are out of service. I stopped this morning and the 2 I tried said "see cashier". This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Cashier said "that means it's not working and try another pump". I won't be waisting my time again on my way to or from work. read more

I been going in to get lottery tickets on a regular basis. Everyone has been very nice and helpful until today. I went in and there was two customer service people that were very busy. I went to check my lottery tickets on my own. I found out I had won some money. I went up to the counter and there was one person behind me and the the other customer clerk was finishing up with the lady she was checking out. The man who was working the counter wanted me to wait to play my lottery tickets. If this place does not want to sell lottery then stop selling. They make money on selling tickets just like everyone else. This guy looked drunk and not clean shaven. I have in the past let many people in line go in front of me when they were busy before. I would hope the management would take some action against this man. My money is just important as others. A customer is a customer. Money is money. But seems like this guy does not care other people's money is not important. This happened around 3 pm today and the date is July 10 Wednesday.
