They said my outlet covers would fit back on after the caulk dried. It turned out that PC did not measure correctly in the first place for the backsplash and behind the stove. It took two more weeks before they got it cut down to the right measurements. I went 4 weeks without a kitchen stove, microwave, and 2 weeks without a kitchen sink. I also had to take extra days off then just two, I ended up missing 4 days of work. PC said they do not compromise for my days missed because of some template signature I gave, but I also paid over 4K to have them not do their job right from the beginning. Who knew they would mess it up and not compromise. This company lies, don't care about their customers. Please do not use them unless your will to lose money for their mistakes and lies. P.S. I had to give them at least a one star so this post but if I could I would give them a negative (-) 5 star.

For example: my counters weren't cleaned off for estimator so he turned and left. Wouldn't wait. They call and say I owe 125.00 for his visit. Then 165.00 to unhook stove and sink. Five minutes. Won't rehook. Threatened to leave when they said it wasn't unhooked. Today they came to remeasure backsplash they say is nine feet off originally it included an area now taken off but I owe 125.00 for extra footage. Can't give you a time for backsplash installation. you just live getting dinged and the neverending story of getting dinged. Older women out there beware. This is not a good company. When the job was complete, we were extremely happy with the results. My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

First, they didn't put any back splash in the bathroom and will not take responsibility for a poor job in communication or execution, nor will they go back to add it because it is "too small" of a job. Second, there is a big crack between the wall and granite in kitchen and they said too much time has passed and won't come back to fix it. Went to store to speak to her in person and heard her telling the customers she was with that we have been a challenge. Completely unacceptable! DO NOT USE THEM.

The install was close to painless, they were in and out before I knew it. Beautiful work. You won't go wrong with these folks.

We Bono Flooring install approximately 2,600 square feet of Mohawk laminate flooring a few years…read moreago. There were a few issues that arose during installation. One, the 2 people working on the project were cutting inside the house, with no plastic dust barrier. We got that rectified. We noticed they were nailing down the flooring. It's supposed to be a floating floor. So they just a multi-tool to cut the ends off. There are a couple spots with gaps along the moulding. As time has gone on we have noticed some spots with big gaps where they did not attach the boards correctly. This is a huge issue because water can get into the seams and ruin the flooring. We had a flooring person in the house last fall and he said most of the flooring is not attached correctly. After closer inspection we can see these minute gaps now. The reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is, the owners came to the house during the install to address our issues. I just wish we had noticed these other problems then.

We hired Bono Flooring to install new flooring, install an entire new master suite, install kitchen…read morecabinets, and install a perimeter fence in October 2023z we paid them according to the agreed upon payment schedule, even though hardly any work was done in November. The job was far from completed by the end date, December 22, 2023, but we trusted their word that they would be back up after Christmas to finish the work...and unfortunately made nearly the entire final payment. We are now over 4 months later, and Nicholas Laskowski (the son), ran away to Tennessee's the father, Ronald Laskowski, had made promise after promise, and excuse after excuse, on why he cannot finish the job. Turns out, they never even bought the material to do the master bathroom, and apparently now have no money to buy the materials (although the son had enough money to move to Tennessee) we already paid them for with the first $21,000 plus check. Bono Flooring took over $64,000 from us, and not one single thing in our contract is completed. Oh, and before I forget to mention, they also left all the trash from the project all over our property.
