He returned with a towel and club soda and essentially told me to clean them when I got home. After that, he never returned to check on the situation or offer any additional assistance. To her credit, our server was apologetic and went out of her way to make things right by removing several items from our bill. She handled the situation with the professionalism and customer service I would expect. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I understand that accidents happen. What matters most is how you respond when they do. I cannot imagine having someone represent my business who handles a situation like this so poorly. The server and food deserve five stars, but the manager's lack of accountability and follow-through significantly impacted our experience.
