All States Landscaping - Backyard living in Sandy, Utah

All States Landscaping, owned by Ken Doyle, is a multifaceted company that specializes in landscape…read moredesign, deck construction, paver installation, water feature maintenance/installation, and comprehensive yard cleanups. This past week, Luis, Operations Manager, and his team of professional landscapers, Carlos, Armando, and Salvador, exquisitely transformed my yard into a beautifully designed landscape with the expertise of John, an expert horticulturist. John utilized his extensive knowledge to select the perfect variety of flora to complement my home while ensuring their compatibility with my home's soil and element exposure. The handpicked flora created a rich tapestry of color that complemented my home beautifully. All States team of professionals worked tirelessly and harmoniously and turned my vision into a reality. While All States Landscaping is primarily renowned for their landscaping expertise, they are also experts when it comes to state-of-the-art deck and water feature installations. Using cutting edge technology, my deck is seamless due to the "clips" used to connect decking together. The resulting deck surface is timeless and inviting for all family gatherings. I wholeheartedly recommend All States Landscaping if you're looking to transform your home at a cost comparable with competitors while exceeding all expectations. All States Landscaping is the best landscape company in Utah and their workmanship and dedication to perfection is evidenced by their commitment to customer satisfaction.

They did xeriscaping in my front yard 2 years ago in the summer, at first I thought it was great…read moreand they had done a really good job. however, by the next spring the yard was covered in weeds. Ken, the owner, has very poor customer service, he would never answered the phone, never officially told me that it would be covered under the warranty until one day I was told they were on their way to the house, of which I was renting and needed to give the renters notice. While they did pound the metal back down, removed the weeds and prayed weed killer, the same issue repeated again this spring. My mother and I spent 16 hours removing the weeds this time, only to find there was at least 1-2 inches of dirt with the red rock, where there should have been 2-3 inches of just rock, thus why the weeds were able to take root and grow. When I contacted Ken this year, it was again via text, and he said they had fulfilled the warranty obligation. But if something continues to happen year after year then it isn't resolved! Watch them, make sure they don't add dirt to your rocks to save themselves money by not having to give you as much rock as you paid for. My rocks were supposed to come washed and polished. You can clearly see in the pictures that wasn't the case for the red rock because that's where the weeds grow, you'll notice they hardly grow in the other rock colors. I will never use them again for my other properties.
