Dropped the box off maybe 10th of December and had it all back before the 20th I believe. Fast turn around. Great quality. The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. The worker showed me how to access the videos, everything came out perfect and made a great gift!
