You'd think if you had a regular crowd of people that clear thousands of dollars worth of inventory weekly that there would be some type of understanding. But this lady makes her own rules. She denies service to people that have been there whether it's 40 min or 4 hours. She allows people that cut and put their hands on other customers to remain in the store and buy product. I withheld leaving a review cause people have their bad days but today I stood in line for about 25 minutes. No biggie. The two lady's at customer service were holding it down doing a great job. They called her up cause there were 15 people in line. This elderly lady was returning something just before me and was struggling to get the item out of the cart she snatched that shit and didn't even say anything to the lady. When it came to my turn for help she denied my purchase and told me they're holding it for tomorrow. These items aren't street dated and they already sold multiple items to at least 3 people before me. So why does this lady have any authority. She's rude, breaks vendor rules, antagonizes ongoing issues in line, and then at the end of it all probably gets paid more than everyone else that actually takes pride in their job I want to spend my money here but it is always an issue. Fix this lady's attitude or create a system that actually works please.

I emailed and got no response. Then I called and the response I got was, "well it takes awhile since we custom make everything". Umm...but your website says most orders ship within 7-10 business days. Maybe you shouldn't say that if it isn't true?? It took another week and a half to finally get my order. So, basically I waited almost a month to get my swimsuit. I just got the order on time to wear the suit before my vacation. The swimsuit was OK, but I wasn't 100% thrilled with the fit. I checked the return policy and it said you had 30 days to return from the date on the invoice. Well guess what? The date on my invoice wasn't the date they shipped it, it was the date I ordered it. By the time I got the suit it was like day 27. So, I just said screw it and kept the swimsuit because I didn't want to deal with the mess of sending it back and then them saying it was beyond the 30 days or some crap like that. How are you going to give people 30 days from the date of their order to return something and they don't even get the item till almost the end of those 30 days? If you want good quality swimsuits and better customer service I would suggest you try Venus Swimwear or Victoria's Secret....they are so much better.
