I have a really complicated insurance portfolio. Have been insured with another carrier for 26…read moreyears, and finally decided I just couldn't take it anymore. Contacted Terry Clark because her office is local, and she sounded friendly on the phone. Terry had me bring over all my insurance stuff (a whole thick binder) and asked a lot of questions. My business is somewhat unusual, and very specialized. In addition to owning my own company, I also work full time for an employer and do some part time on the side. I own investment property, a home, vehicles, offsite equipment, etc. It took Terry almost 2 months to really go through my stuff and get everything figured out since I don't fit into a "cookie cutter" dropdown menu of any type. Terry came back with a quote for everything about $500 less per year than my current carrier. That alone wasn't the reason to switch. Terry discovered that my current company, whom has insured my family for so many years, in fact, didn't have things correct and I was exposed to some serious liability in certain circumstances! Terry discovered holes in my coverage and inadequate business coverage while over-insured in other areas. After literally another month of back-and-forth for info and lengthy explanations, Terry got me covered, and covered correctly. It isn't the overall savings that makes this worthwhile, it's the personal attention to your situation that makes this a worthwhile switch. If you have a problem, just email or call Terry and she usually gets back to you within a few days with an answer. If you have to make changes to your policy, she can do that on the fly. Best of all, the insurance bill is now the same every month. We can actually budget!! Previous company had oddball billing cycles and with staggered policy renewals, the monthly bill was all over the place, never the same amount. Sometimes, a "balloon bill" would show up and we'd be eating boxed mac & cheese for a month or more until we could recover. If you still live with mom and only have 1 car to insure, Farmers may not be your best bet. But if you own property or other real assets and want to be covered, Terry will go the extra mile to make sure you aren't exposed to excess liability. You'll sleep a lot easier at night, honest.

I can't say enough good things about Sabrina. I had been managing our own investments for about 15…read moreyears when I met Sabrina. During that time I had seen our investments grow, but not as much as I thought they should. It was around 2001 that I met Sabrina and decided I would see what a professional could do us. We were amazed! For the first time I began to see steady, consist growth. The amount I was paying in fees was a small fraction of what we were seeing in growth. And during the recession, when others I knew were seeing their investments cut in half, we lost very little. And what we did loose, was more that made up for by 2010 To say Sabrina is a wonderful financial planner is an understatement. If you what to start seeing real gains in your investments, like we did, I highly recommend you give her a call and talk to her.

The only agency name that came up was Gerard (specifically Carolyn, I believe, but she wasn't available when I called), and now I understand why! Aleshia was great, took almost an hour to answer my questions, took down all the rx & dosage info that applied, and gave options and suggestions based on our family members' needs. She didn't rush us at all, and my guess is that out of any product their office sells, they probably get the LEAST commission on Medicare plans considering its government funded. So even with that, she took time like as if she was quoting a million dollar home policy. I am very appreciative of the knowledge, quick emails, follow-up, and getting 3 additional policies set up for us.
