Had a very good experience here…read more Location is on the second floor of a small shopping area. Made an appointment ahead of time, and checked in at the tablet. Even though it was a bit crowded inside with 5 or 6 patients already in the room, I only waited about 5 minutes before I went in. I had my blood drawn by Norma, who was great and attentive. Was out within a few minutes. I recommended this Patient Service Center if you need lab work done by Quest.

Environment-wise, this definitely isn't the nicest Quest. The company itself has been redoing older offices, and there is a stark difference between the high-tech, modern Quests and this glorified room-with-chairs. However, there IS one digital kiosk available and a TV providing entertainment, and it's pretty clean. (You're ultimately just getting bloodwork drawn, so it does not need to be an luxury experience.) This place also services a lot of volume, and while they take walk-ins, you will definitely wait for a few minutes if you don't have your appointment. Whenever I go here, I spend more time waiting (because I arrive early) then in the actual appointment. I've always been taken within 5 to 15 minutes of my appointment window (depending on the number of clients), and the lab techs have always been efficient and friendly. I have small veins, but they always know just the right spot to poke. Bottom line: while not fancy, they do get the job done, and there is parking!

I went on google and saw this place was close to my house. They offer a variety of services which is great to know for future reference, which includes Digital & 3D Mammography, X-ray, MRI/MRA, CT/CTA, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, DEXA | Bone Density, and more. Majority of the services they offer you need to make an appointment, however if you need an x-ray done they talk walk-ins, just make sure you have your prescription, ID and Insurance card. The ladies working the front desk are nice and the x-ray technician was also very friendly and informative. Insurance wise they take most of them. Some downsides include that the waiting room is very small, with very few uncomfortable chairs, it could absolutely use some remodeling. Building is also in a high traffic area where it could be difficult to find parking.
