Two attorneys the other was suspended for fraud and theft for two years took over this property lied to the court and then filed a petition where they coerced the 87 year old Trustee who lives in northern california to hand over the trust which is illegal because California has jurisdiction of this Trust since it was formed in California, the sole beneficiary is in California and the original Trustee is in California. That Trustee was supposed to go to a judge in California to give up her rights as a Trustee. Made deals behind my back with the opposite party (termination of rights instead of getting me the child support I asked for) not speaking up in court about issues that were concerning when leaving my infant in the other party's care. When I finally fired him he said I had a credit with his office and his assistant would contact me with a refund. I had to contact his office numerous times regarding my refund and was then billed an additional 2k+ I wouldn't recommend this guy unless you want someone that's dishonest, unable to do his job and going to charge you even after you have a "credit" Worst lawyer!
