I was given professional, accurate and wonderful customer service. One of the best things about Pro Tax Service is that I am able to use the PTS virtual app that allows for me to download my taxes forms and any other documents that I have sent in. It was a yearly ritual to go see the folks at the tax shelter and watch them put my parent's tax returns together. Well, I followed in those same footsteps, and I religiously go and see Cheryl Cagle every year, and watch her put my taxes together like a pro. I honestly have NEVER been able to stump her with a tax question. They have always treated me very professionally but they also have personalities (a rarity these days). The Tax Shelter is by no means the corporatized tax prep place, so expect to be treated like a person and not a number. If you are in the need for a tax pro for business or personal, you need to get in touch with these folks ASAP.
