I had my taxes done by Jeffrey Fleurinor, a CPA at this firm. There was a complication and I…read morereceived a letter from the IRS. They were going to reduce my refund because of the amount they said I paid in quarterly taxes. Their information was NOT correct. I paid a great deal more than what the letter stated. I provided the check payments information to my CPA. He maintained I NEEDED to contact the IRS regarding this matter. I pay a CPA to get help with these things. I mailed all the information via certified mail to the IRS. I received the LOWER refund and I have heard nothing from the IRS regarding my mailed information. I emailed Mr Fleurinor, my CPA, about this 3 times with no response. I called the office and his secretary said "He was busy" I left a message and I have not heard back. I included another question in my message regarding another Tax question and he will NOT respond to my emails/ phone call. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. That is NOT PROFESSIONAL! I pay good money to get professional help so I don't have to worry about tax matters allowing me to focus on business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. You use a CPA for peace of mind. This firm leaves you out in the cold.
