The service was questionable at all three with them blaming the metals inside the cat for the expense and being unsure which cat system was needed for my car. I went to max performance and they not only did they know what they where talking about but the they only charged £190. These guys are totally professional and honest ( yes an honest garage) and they will only a charge you a fair price for work that actually needs doing. Top job very happy. Could not recommend enough.

They stock a surprisingly good range (for a small shop) of car parts and accessories, and are just down the road from a large Ford dealership, so if you're pulling away in a new Focus or Fiesta and suddenly have an insatiable urge to buy an air freshener, then it's very convenient! They do all the regular parts that you'd expect, wiper blades, batteries, wing mirrors etc., and if you need a part they don't have, they're more than happy to order it in for you. I'm always slightly apprehensive when going into small independent shops such as this as I always worry that all their products will be brands that I've never heard, but Shirley Auto Spares carries a bunch of big name brands, such as Bosch and NGK, so you know that their products will be of a good quality, and the staff seem to love what they do, and are always extremely helpful.

The staff are friendly and know a lot about the products they are selling, which is great news as you can have go in with any problem and they will endeavour to help you out with it! They will even come out and look at your car if they think it will help them help you! Now thats great service. If they themsleves do not know the answer they will ring up their own customer services to see if they can help sort it too! The shop stocks lots of products that are for cars, such as oil, windscreen wiper blade replacements and paints. They also sell a host of modding parts too. Motor world also sell alloy wheels and stereos along with satnavs. They have an online store which is also very good. tehy have competitive prices as well, especially with the like of Halfords who do try to rip you off with some of their gear. This shop is not super huge but does cram loads into it. There is evenparking outside, but your lucky if you get a space!

You always get a free retest, not anymore, Halfords charged me another £20 as i carried out the minor work myself - leading to a total charge of £70 Mot - without telling you first of these hidden fees. A while ago we were out on the Pershore road and of his tyres blew, well we thought it had and we called his breakdown rescue people because we had no idea what to do - embarrassing I know! Anyway when they turned up it turned out the little valve on the tyres, where you adjust the tyre pressure had broken and therefore the air had come out. It was all very fiddly and although we fitted the spare tyre he said that we could fix the tyre by getting a new valve so we decided to pop into Volks Bits as it was nearby. We told the guy inside what we needed and luckily he was able to help. It was not too costy and we left happy! I would recommend this place for those with VW cars!

Given my idea of what AB Fletchers used to be like was greated by a modern store with a better range of product than any Halfords branch. Everyone was helpfull and knowledgable and the guys on the Cyclelife Section were first rate. We came away with a better bike than available at any Halfords and were surprised to see standard on the shelf prices considerably cheaper than many nationally advertised specials seen on the TV for Halfords. A1 guys and keep up the excellent work.
