Went there today, not for the first time but will be the last. There wasn't anyone else in there when we got there, ordered our food, got our drinks quite quickly but waited forty minutes for a breakfast, two soups and a salad which was some cheese and a plate full of lettuce and a teaspoon of coleslaw. The toast seemed to have been reheated as it was so hard. They had a very young girl serving the food and taking orders which was odd. The place filled up pretty quickly but they didn't seem to be able to cope.
Went to pay but they don't accept cards, no notice to say this so it was lucky I had some cash on me.
They just didn't seem bothered at all.
Would recommend Perry's Cider Mill instead, we are local but won't go back now! read more
