An interesting mix of shops due a rich tradition of immigrants from Poles to West Africans to the local area. I've been shopping here for years as they have such a lovely garden centre where I purchase all my vegetable plants for the garden every spring. I love this store, the owner is professional and provides excellent advise, the suits are very unique yet affordable and the diamond bags are just gorgeous. Definitely worth a visit.

(Instantly thought movie, football hooligans, Elijah Wood). We wondered up and down wandering in and out of the many shops Green Street has to offer and we came across Dulhan. We were instantly greeted by friendly and helpful staff. There were so many amazing colours and sparkles, I was in magpie heaven! I was very concerned I was going to spend a fortune as the fabrics were so beautiful and intricate but there was a range of prices depending on the style and type of fabric. My friend asked if it was possible to sew me into the sari to make it easier for me to dress myself on my own and they were very accommodating and they stitched the pleats for me. I was shown twice how to wrap myself up and given tips on pinning so I didn't unravel. All in all a brilliant experience. Now I can't wait to wear it to the wedding.
