I have been her for routine checkups and same day visits for issues that arise. They are always so accommodating to get you evaluated. There is an optical center within the building. Nice selection of frames. They do not have a lab where if you wanted to use the same frames and replace lenses. I cant imagine finding a better place than Valley Vision Eyecare to service my opthalmological needs. And 5 year old started to repeat and say look he said fork and repeated a few time between themselves. She looks a me angrily and tell me " they cant say that here! You need to stop them!" A little bit after that my kids were playing and talking between themselves and i was still answering her questions and she looks at me and says i have to quiet them down because the doctor is trying to work. I do agree that a 1 and 5 year old do speak a little loud, she should have given me the opportunity to finish with her and them redirect and help my kids quiet down. As we were finishing with the questions she was asking I asked about the wi fii password so my daughter could play a game and be quiet as she had asked me to do. She said it quickly and under her breath as if she didn't want to be dealing with me. So I couldn't get the password to work and my daughter wanted to do the game and i was taking care of my 1 year old so i asked my daughter to go and ask her for the password for me. I thought " who can be rude to a cute 5 year old asking the polite to do something so small?" Well this lady can. She angrily told my daughter to ask her mother to do it! My daughters face was surprised, scared and sad. A older lady who was waiting felt bad and when the doctor came to the reception asked him for the password for my daughter. Once again, Bill said he was too busy to tell me when the doctor would be back and hung up on me a second time. There is no excuse for treating patients or their families this way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any medical office. Based on this experience, I will not be bringing my daughter back.

But then I noticed none of them are about the quality of the dental work. Some reviewers didn't even set foot in the office! Unfortunately, most people only review medical offices when they've had a bad experience. I realized it wasn't a fair characterization. I saw Dr. Santavicca when I was attending college near Lebanon, NH. I needed many things, including a wire brace, artificial crown, Invisilign, and finally composite veneers. This took about two years to complete. Not only did she make the best composite veneers I could have ever hoped for, but to this day many dentists comment on the quality of her work. She shaped them personally, and had to shape them in such a way to hide the spaces between my teeth that remained even after the Invisalign. This is very technically difficult to do, but she did it perfectly. Her bedside manner is everything you could hope for. Every trip to the office was pleasant and full of smiles from everyone, which I really appreciated. If only I could say that about my primary care doctor's office...

I get that the have to take the more important patients first but seriously the lack of support they have there is insane , instead of bringing me back into an actually hospital bed room I was sat in a triage , and I know they had rooms because I saw atleast 4 kids being put in a hospital room while I sat there uncomfortably at 1:00 am not being seen in time I ended up leaving because my pain was so bad and at this point it was already 2:00 am and wasn't seen at all yet , this place fucking sucks and I recommend that you just stay home from you're pain instead of going to the emergency room where you won't be cared for at all . Screw that place shut down if you can't care for somebody within 4 hours

I requested a meeting with the owner to clarify the importance of defined hours/schedules/ start times etc. and a written invoice with proper documentation of services The second week, my legally blind mother was found DRIVING while I had been told the staff was with her and watching her. They tried to lie about the situation then tried to talk me into 24 hour care with them. This was a horrific experience.
