Rebecca was willing to drive down from Napa to Santa Cruz on short notice, showed up on time, was very easy to work with and put us at ease during our time shooting with her. Once I brought it to my daughter's attention, she was in tears and I was extremely hurt. HOW COULD THEY MISS SUCH AN IMPOTRTANT SPEECH??? Arguably the most important speech of the reception and it is gone forever. She reached out them and they apologized and offered very small refund. Kayla and Derek ruined the most important speech of my life! I have been planning it since my daughter was born and spoke to her about it her entire life. I called and asked them to return my call and they didn't have the decency to return my call. I'm appalled and angry and I would not recommend them for anything, let alone the most important day of my daughter's life. Instead of beautiful memories, our family will remember this for the rest of our lives. You should be ashamed.
