They say everything happens for a reason, and our journey to this home is the ultimate proof. Faced with a daunting 30-day move, a full-time job, and the chaos of packing a two-bedroom house, the situation felt impossible. I was suddenly asked to vacate where we were renting after 2 years because the owner wanted to move her young son into the unit. But looking back, there was an invisible collective force at work, and Doris was the heart of it. This wasn't just a real estate transaction; it was a series of serendipitous events that brought us exactly where we were meant to be. It started on a Friday in late October when I called my brother in Texas to share the news, express my frustrations, and help me plan. While they were on vacation, my brother and sister-in-law (realtors in Texas) reached out to their network. Doris answered that call to action immediately. Despite living over an hour away, she didn't just take a 'client', she stepped into a role and a relationship that was going to unfold in us needing each other in ways we couldn't explain. We started looking at homes immediately...the clock was ticking. Then we hit a dry spell of stagnant listings, homes were being relisted, and frustrating HOA hurdles on homes we put in offers for. There was just no movement in the market. We stayed positive, we knew there was something at work behind the scenes. Then Doris sent me a listing for a house that was coming onto the market. Nothing struck me initially, but I was drawn to the listing. The night it all clicked was truly magical. I kept looking at it, hoping something would be different and then the photos refreshed. I texted Doris, hoping she would be awake and at the same time, not wanting to appear so urgent. She responded right away and got us scheduled for the next day. Despite a double-booked showing the next morning on the part of the selling agent, the universe made a way. The moment my daughter and I walked in, the energy was undeniable. The look on my daughter's face confirmed what I already felt: we were finally home. I had a feeling the other client would put in an offer and knowing the other offer was in the works, Doris's persistence was unmatched. She didn't even wait to get to her office; she was in the parking lot submitting our offer before she even put her car in gear. The next day, she called to say our offer was accepted. The next 21 days was a whirlwind and we closed on our house just after Thanksgiving, (and if it weren't for Thanksgiving, we would have hit that 30-day mark perfectly!!!) Doris has a rare blend of elite social skills and a deep, intuitive soul. She is a relationship builder who understands that a home search is about more than just square footage--it's about timing and spirit. To top it all off, she welcomed us with a 'mean' loaf of her homemade sourdough bread and cookies, a gesture as warm and authentic as she is. If you believe in focus, collective energy, and the power of a professional who is truly meant to be in your corner, and having a professional who will fight for you like family, you need Doris. There are no accidents in the Universe, as everything is the way it is supposed to be even if we can't see the who, why, what yet. She didn't just help us buy a house; she helped us realize a miracle. We love Doris Nunez!!! read more

A friend referred us to Doris, and we couldn't be more grateful for it! This was our second time buying a home. The first time was 12 years ago and we did not use a real estate agent. Which made for a stressful experience. So this time, in our search to upgrade to a bigger home, we leaned on Doris, who made the process so fun and enjoyable. From the start, Doris paid close attention to what type of home we wanted. Our checklist was admittedly long, yet Doris found us our dream place. Through it all, she explained everything so well, paid close attention to all the details, and her support staff was delightful. I only wish we would have met Doris earlier with our previous home purchase. If you're in the market to buy, definitely give Doris a call. Up next for us will be selling our original home, and we already have plans to list it through Doris and her team. read more

I have previously rated Doris as a stellar agent, but after everything that has happened during our house sale, I have to reiterate how incredible she is. She is quick, sharp, intelligent, on top of everything, caring, wise, and absolutely someone you want in your corner. I want everyone to have an experience where they trust their agent, and I 100% trust her. She comes highly recommended for a reason. read more

As a first time home buyer my husband and I had a lot of questions and concerns, especially because we started our home shopping process during the COVID pandemic. Doris was referred to us by my brother and sister-in-law. Doris Nunez was PHENOMENAL with helping them sell their condo in Azusa and purchase a single family home in Glendora. Our experience with the Real Estate Momma was equally MAGNIFICENT. Doris helped us find our home. She did not sell us a house, she found something that was a GREAT fit for us, in our price range, in our preferred radius from work, with a VERY GOOD school district. Doris Nunez is a woman of great INTERGITY, TREMENDOUS work ethic, she is a FABULOUS listener, and EXCELLENT communicator. She had our backs every step of the way. We have lived in our home for several months and genuinely every day I STILL find myself THANKFUL for her and all of her hard work, thoughtfulness, and kindness. read more

If you are thinking about purchasing a home DO NOT DOUBT about contacting Doris!!!! She helped us buy our first home during a world pandemic and managed to make it stress free! She is a wonderful and fun person and her costumer service is above and beyond. Honestly there was not one moment in the whole process that I didn't feel calm and sure I was being represented by the best. Strongly recommended! read more

We had the most amazing experience with the Real Estate Momma !! It's our first home buying experience and so glad that Doris was there with her team to help us thru it. As a first time home buyer it can be stressful and exhausting but she totally made the experience worth it, she did amazing foot work and talked us thru every step making us feel like we were definitely on the right path to a new home. When we finally made our 1st and only offer she made it happen for us ! The next phone call was "CONGRATULATIONS THEY ACCEPTED YOUR OFFER"! We beat out over 30 offers !! So in the end, there is really only 1 question you should ask yourself .... CAN YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT DO THAT ?!?! Thank you to Doris and her Team !! read more

My husband and I knew we were starting to outgrow our current home and decided to start looking into the process of both selling and buying when the right home came along. Doris took the time to meet with us to review the process, as we were cautious about both buying and selling simultaneously. Doris walked through each step and what we could expect. We described what we wanted in our ideal home, and the locations we were interested in. Doris listened to everything that was important to us and found us our dream home. She wrote up such a compelling and clean offer, that our offer was accepted without having to up our price or go over our budget. At the same time, Doris listed our current home and sold it for us for $129,000 over our asking price. This woman is amazing! Buying and selling a home, especially at the same time, is an extremely stressful and emotional process, but Doris made it seem easy and seamless. We are now in our forever home, and have Doris to thank. If you're looking for an honest, thoughtful and hard-working realtor, you cannot do better than Doris Nunez. read more

Doris is as good as it gets! She helped us purchase our first home in June of 2018 and we will forever sing her praises! We first came to Doris back in 2014 (?). We had no idea how the home buying process worked, what we wanted, or whether we could really afford to buy a home. She was so patient and helped guide us through what became a years-long process over which we changed jobs, target locations, and our minds about what we wanted. I think if the roles had been reversed, I would have grown frustrated and given up on us as clients, but not Doris. She was savvy and understanding about all of our concerns and hesitations, and I'm so glad we stuck together. I've heard so many bad experiences from friends who have gone through the home buying process and it can be a daunting experience where you feel no one really has your back, but above all else, we always felt Doris had our best interests at heart, well ahead of wanting to "close a deal." She never made us feel pressured and was an aggressive advocate for us with sellers, inspectors and lenders. She was always available and super flexible. We are so happy in our new home. We have already recommended Doris to a coworker who bought a house with her. We would definitely recommend Doris to anyone, especially first-time home buyers, and we will certainly be using her again if we ever move. read more

We were referred to Doris by family, and she was great to work with. I had a lot of questions, this being my first home purchase, and she was always responsive. Definitely would work with her and her team again read more

My husband and I are happy to refer Doris Nuñez as a real estate agent! She recently helped us sell our Burbank, California home above the listed price with multiple offers. She implemented our suggestions and she had great ideas, too. She is very experienced and her staging ideas showed off the house nicely. The process and transaction was smooth and quick. Doris was a pleasure to work with for the second time and we would gladly work with her again. read more

I thought there was no way I could afford a home in Los Angles area but Doris put me at ease and after our initial meeting I found out it was possible. My deal was a bit unusual but Doris successfully negotiated a great deal on a property. She is tough when needed to get the job done. I strongly recommend Doris! read more

I thought buying my first home sight unseen (and from Canada) was too impossible a task until I met Doris. Doris was accessible, reliable, and so knowledgeable - every detail was managed beautifully. She guided every single step of the process and made me feel at ease and supported. She really gives 110% and cares for her clients. I trusted her completely and am amazed at how smooth the entire process went from beginning to end. We managed to pull off a 21 day escrow from afar. Even after the sale, Doris was available and so helpful in coordinating the various repairs/items needed after close. I'm so grateful! read more

I can't say enough great things about working with Doris Nunez. I was looking into buying my first rental property. The idea of this endeavor made me very concerned and nervous, I didn't want to get it wrong. Doris put all of my concerns and nerves to rest. Her prompt correspondence made my heart sing. Her attention to detail and genuine concern about me was second to none. If you are looking for an agent that is completely in your corner and ready to walk you thru the process of buying real estate look no further than Doris Nunez. read more

Last year Doris helped my family move out of our tiny 796sf house and into our forever home. We originally put the tiny house up for sale in order to upgrade. Then we had a change of heart and we wanted to keep the tiny house as a rental. Doris quickly changed gears and helped us make this dream come true. After looking at many houses in various conditions we found the one! Our offer was accepted, but the owner who was also the realtor would not make the transaction easy. Doris navigated all challenges and soon after we received the keys. Our transaction was seamless. All the financial aspects were clearly outlined and Doris was patient to explain next steps. She then listed the tiny house and managed all the prospective tenants. She found us a tenant, drafted the contract and processed the background check. Doris provided me with resources on California Landlord laws. Doris is more than a realtor. She has your best interest at heart. She has checked up on me several times and she has many reliable resources which we have used. We love the Real Estate Momma!!! read more

I will be forever grateful to Doris for helping our family. We were given less than 2 months to move out of our rental. I had told my friend about the situation and she recommended me to Doris. Within the hour, Doris called me and the ball started rolling from there. She was always up front with me, being brutely honest if needed be. We had an unrealistic expectation to get the process done in such limited time; but she was willing to do what it took. The luck was on our side. She connected me with Jobe Whelan (another great person to work with - House America Financial) and we were pre-approved within days. Doris was able to 'drop everything' for us and we went house hunting on Friday and Saturday, put an offer Saturday night and opened escrow on Tuesday. We are first time home buyers and didn't know what to expect. She was always very clear, answered all of my questions and was patient through my eagerness. She made everything so easy for us, remaining hopeful that we could make it happen- and we did. read more

Doris recently helped me to purchase my first home, and I can't say enough positive things about her! As a single woman and a first time home buyer I had no idea how real estate works or who I could trust in the business, and I am SO grateful that Doris was the person a friend referred me to. She is trustworthy, honest, incredibly responsive, hard working, patient, knowledgeable, and tenacious, and I could tell that she cared more about me and helping me to find the right place than she did about her commission. She probably showed me 20+ properties before we found the right one, and she always worked around my schedule and was willing to show them in the evenings, on weekends, and oftentimes on the same day or next day. She stayed up late working on offer letters and other documents to make sure they got in on time, and she was a fire starter when it came to making things happen. When we ultimately found my home, she worked incredibly hard to overcome some challenging obstacles with getting HOA documents on time for a 21 day close, and then even after we closed escrow she continued to advocate on my behalf when the seller did not vacate the property on time. Doris is AMAZING, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! I love my new home so much, and I could NOT have done it without Doris and her incredible team :) read more

In one word my experience with Doris was AMAZING!!! Doris really went through a lot for us showing probably 30-40 properties and on top of that dealing with the tough agents. She was always available and whenever I wanted to see a property she tried to set it up for same day or the next day. After seeing 30+ properties she still was so positive. She answered every question fast even if I asked the same question multiple times and really knew what she was talking about. Once we found the house Doris was so great she kept us up to date on everything. I never had to wait for an answer for my questions. I highly recommend Doris because she is all about the client rather then being about the commission. read more

We were very lucky to have found Doris! She is honest, trustworthy and hardworking, and we always felt that she had our best interests in mind - something that we found is unfortunately rather rare in this industry. She never pushed us into buying a house, but supported us through our entire search in which our target city kept changing over the span of two years. She never "gave up" on us and truly wanted to help us find the right fit. She was always available and ready to answer our questions. Her diplomatic but authentic manner helped us get our home against multiple bids and a top producing local agent! Furthermore, she is a wonderful person and someone I now consider a friend outside of the home buying process. I would highly recommend Doris to anyone! read more
