Guillermo was the sweetest gentleman ever, opening all our doors, providing cold fiji water, phone chargers, video, and plug in so we could choose the music. He drove super safe, was early to arrive and always a gentleman. We used this service for 5 hours and I have to say, I would use Guillermo everytime. This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. Also, request Guillermo. You won't be disappointed.

My family took a cruise out of Miami and our flight arrived at 7:00 am. Guillermo greeted us at the baggage claim and we felt like VIP. We needed to kill time and Guillermo took us around the city and even stopped at Little Havana for coffee. Picking up at the cruise terminal was tricky because every car was a black SUV. He spotted us and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. No complaints!

Armando and AVM Luxury Transportstion FAR EXCEEDED our expectations!!! AAAAAA+++…read more I was initially hesitant to go with AVM because I couldn't find many reviews, but Armando's communication was outstanding when I reached out, so I took the chance and I am very glad that I did. There were a total of 16 of us in our party and we had various transportation needs over a 2 week period. We needed Airport to AirBnB transportation, hourly rental while we waiting to checkin to the AirBnB, transportation from the AirBnB to the Cruise port, then transportation from the Cruiseport back to the Airport - with ALL of our luggage. Armando accommodated every request we had, including giving us a tour of Miami and recommending places to stop along the way. We had our own private Hop-On-Hop-Off tour! He even came into places with us when needed to translate and help us understand the culture in Miami. He was always on time, even early, and got us to every destination with time to spare. His service was first rate, as was his skills in handling and fitting all of our luggage, and there was A LOT of luggage. And with all that being exceptional, his communication topped it all! He responded to every text, phone call, and request immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Armando and AVM Transportation to friends, family, and anyone needing transportation in any area that he services. I will definitely use him again when we are in the area. Thank you so much for an excellent experience!!

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

I guess this businesses is ok with silencing their customers instead of fixing their mistakes. I do not recommend this company. We asked for help with transportation- were told it would be about 30 minutes for pick up. I asked how much it would cost and was told it was meter based with no other details. Grateful for a ride and not expecting it to be more than $60 for a 25 minute drive we decided to wait. After 40 minutes I called to see if they were still coming and was told yes about 10-15 more minutes - 20 minutes later the driver showed up so total wait time was 1 hour NOT 30 minutes. The driver made passes over a double yellow line which did not make me feel very safe and then when we did arrive the bill was $110. I told him i felt that was too high so he called his boss who offered me a discount to pay $100 (which to me is still outrageous but apparently we had to pay the meter for his 1 hr drive to pick us up with out being told that ahead of time?) the person on the phone argued with me about the timing and said we only waited 40 minutes which is not true.. I called at 12:38, 1:08 and was picked up ay 1:40, arrived at 2:01 and was billed an outrageous amount. Being out of state, here for a funeral we have a lot going on and too many emotions to argue further. The driver and I also did not speak the same language so I didn't want to take it out on him so I paid and moved on. I hope other people see this and decide to book a different way as this does not seem ethical to me. Actually, I think I will continue to post until the company decides to make it right. I have also reported this incident to the BBB
