Worst of all, I had to write the next day to generate any kind of response to the day's events. Utterly unprofessional but, hey, they don't give a damn at £4k a go

To be told in the Upton shop it will be fitted in Aug when the ground settles, Aug came n went. So I gave them a ring in Sept spoke to dawn who said it will be on in two weeks and gave me a excuse of personal family stuff going on, absolutely fair enough. Like we're not a grieving family ourselves and just want mums final resting place looking nice and not looking like she's unloved it breaks our hearts looking at the empty ground like we don't care so a few weeks later I rang again spoke to Dawn who apologised and said she's having staffing issues and is interviewing, ( I don't care and not our problem get my mums stone on like what was agreed and paid for ) she said give her 3 weeks which we did but wasn't happy about as it's been long enough. We spoke to Bob who was trying to help as Dawn stopped taking my calls when I was ringing and also eventually stopped replying to emails which I still have if anyone would like to see. Bob got back to me end of Sept and said dawns going out to check the ground? Then said she's not happy with it and didn't want it to go on for another 3 weeks]???? Why check it now when it was going on 4 times previous? And now the grounds not good enough hmmm fobbed off yet again, so a month has past I've rang again and spoke to Bob last Mon who promised Dawn was at the Cemetery that day and would be ringing me with a update and yes no call no communication all while we are still struggling with the sudden devastating loss of our beautiful mum, please please don't waste your time or money on this terrible company they take your money under false pretences and then lie to you week in week out absolutely avoid this place they don't deliver on there promises
