The Everton Cemetry location is confusing because it is not based in Everton; it is actually in…read moreFazakerly. Likewise with Anfield Cemetry - it is more closer to Everton than it is to Anfield. So, this is puzzling to say the least. Anyhow, Everton Cemetry is as good as most other cemetries in terms of the space it offers. There is a busy main road that outskirts its perimeter but as you walk further into to graveyard, it does get more tranquil. One thing I did notice, is that a minority of the headstones had fallen over which suggests the space is vulnerable to high winds or the stones weren't installed properly. This is obviously not such a good sign. However, I did not see any evidence of vandalism. As the area is concerned, if you don't have your own transport, it isn't a convenient destination to arrive at since there aren't many buses that run frequently. Apart from that, it appears that there are still plenty of spaces for future burials!

Worst of all, I had to write the next day to generate any kind of response to the day's events. Utterly unprofessional but, hey, they don't give a damn at £4k a go

It seems a little inappropiate, sinister even, to say "I am a fan" of a funeral directors, more so…read moreas ( fortunately) I've never actually experienced such a service. However McCallum and Tritton are very popular in the area. I know this because I live nearby and the main road traffic is continually interrupted by a festooned hearse or two. The cars a kept in beautiful condition and the staff always look very smart. I wonder that the staff are not all as odd as one particular member who is constantly sat or stood outside the directors; it's a little creepy, like he's sat waiting for someone to give up the ghost. His gaze troubles my grandfather who says he feels he's being sized up in advance!! The building is well looked after and actually looks rather attractive now that a row of hanging baskets decks Holden Road East.
