I had a problem with a sliding door in our kitchen to the patio as it was jamming. I left a message on Hugh's website on Easter Monday, and he responded the same day, came back with a few questions, gave me a very acceptable quote, and to my absolute astonishment was able to come out the following morning at 08:30. Hugh was on time, a great character, sorted out the problem and gave me some advice on maintaining the doors, and it was all fixed. We're very happy. My tenants were alarmed and quite distressed when you boasted quite rudely that you were, in your own words 'going to hit this bitch hard' referring to me. I am absolutely bewildered by your comments. How on earth do you run your business? I, in good faith, contacted you from your web ad and hired you to repair some doors at the house. Why did you want to 'hit this bitch hard?' Where did this come from? Was this a threat of violence against myself?! This is quite distressing. You did over charge me and My Tenants where absolutely appalled by your high fees and extremely rude comments. My tenant reported back that you did very little to earn your fee and that I should cancel your cheque.
