We were assured that installer would repair rot but it would be at our expense. Windows appear to be of very good quality but installation was a nightmare. One large window was installed in a opening that was at least 30% rotted. Complained to Window World and got no help. Job that was estimated at 2 days took over 4 weeks. Then we had to hire different contractor to repair damaged siding. Waited 6 months after requesting someone from Window World to contact us before posting review.
