I called this company on 3 different time, each time I gave them my contact information and details (again) and heard it being entered into a computer. Each time was promised someone would get back to me. Never received a call. Tried to submit a request on their website which "failed to send". Sent an email asking for price and availability with 2 different options - 1 to install a door and opener and the 2nd to just wind the spring if did not have openings to install the door and opener. Received the following response from my email - here it is in it's entirety: "Do not have time". Nothing else.
