I called at 1:15 on a Friday afternoon with cables off the spool and the spring was broken (how the heck did all that happen overnight????). I was pleasantly shocked to find they would come out that day. Chad called at 2:00 to say he would be here in 10-15 minutes and 12 minutes later he pulled up. Chad had to roll on the ground under the door to get in, had to deal with a garage that was packed full of stuff with little room to move, and the heat index was over 100. Chad could not have be nicer, replaced the spring & fixed both cables and was the nicest person throughout it all. He was done by 2:45 (that is a lot of big repair work done efficiently in 30 minutes). It sounds & works better than when it was new. Pricing was very reasonable, too. This was such a positive experience! I can't wait to recommend them to someone in need of such a positive experience. It seems like mostly these days we all share nothing but bad experiences & companies to avoid (I have along list of those), well this one should be at the top of your list to call if you ever need garage repair. I had this business install a garage door opener for me two years ago. The reason I chose them is because I had two bids but the company I did not choose at the time (2018) told me to replace something that Door Power said I actually did not need to replace and told me why. On Sunday, May 3 I had an issue with my garage door and I didn't know what was wrong. I decided to call just to see if they'd pick up the phone and the person I spoke to was out with his daughter teaching her to drive, asked her to pull over and talked to me. He told me he thought it was a broken spring and told me he could have someone over the next morning. I was given a two hour time window and the person that came was on time and had both my springs replaced within a half hour. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Decided to have repair service following day.., Jason called 30 min prior to arrival which was great. After quickly diagnosing the problem, they volunteered a cheaper solution than simply replacing the two-month old unit with another new unit.
