We have found plumbing with water streaming down the pipes between the kitchen and garage wall. My husband had to cut out a section of the garage wall to get to the problem and replace the plumbing. By the time it was discovered the kitchen cabinets had soaked up so much water we could squeeze them like a sponge. The brick steps were built around a literal mound of dirt instead of the cinder blocks that they should have been bricked around. We found that when we had a concrete patio poured and that contractor had busted out the lower step. The linoleum in both bathrooms was cut out around the toilet base then caulk filled in all around it instead of having the circle cut out for the toilet seal and the toilet then set over it, the linoleum in the foyer was put in shoddily and when my husband confronted them about it they would only put another piece of linoleum over it. Baseboards were cut incorrectly. The air conditioning system was too small for the house so it burned up and had to be replaced. When we started finding the problems beginning with the plumbing and called we were told it had been a year so basically too bad so sad. We tell anyone that we know who is looking to build a house Do Not use this company. They tried to blame the contractor but I find it hard to believe they have no idea that the people they hire are not worth what people work hard for and pay for their homes.

I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. A large truck, Unit 38, completely blocked my residence on Pinehill Drive in Mobile. This vehicle was positioned to obstruct my driveway, my mailbox, and my garbage can/recycling bin--blocking all access. When I approached the driver to ask him to move the truck so I could get out, his response was both aggressive and completely unacceptable. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and ultimately resorted to calling me an "asshole." While the truck was eventually moved, the level of disrespect and the use of profanity toward a resident, especially at 6:30 AM, is appalling. I contacted the company and they were Super nice and understanding about the incident. I am satisfied that the Company is good, just bad employee or maybe he was already having a bad day.

My mom came down with a 20 ft trailer and we had all of my big ticket items we needed loaded and I had some boxes if they had time. For starters, they got to my place early and hit the ground running. Constant communication of what I needed and where I wanted things. They packed the trailer perfectly and knew we had to go 7-8 hours on the road/interstate to get to my new place. They loaded it all perfectly and efficiently. They didn't complain once and the whole time were happy to do the job. They treated my stuff with the upmost care and were gentle. They got my stuff from upstairs with no problems and didn't even get close to hitting one wall. They tied down everything to the point that nothing would move. They originally moved me into this very townhome so it was fitting they moved me out. They did amazing then and even more so this time. The pricing was absolutely affordable. They had all of my stuff loaded and tied down in an hour and 15 mins. The quote I was given, was exactly what we paid and Mr. Charlie was awesome communicating throughout the entire experience, he even was up on the trailer and working with the guys. I wish I could've taken them with me to move me in. Overall I cannot speak enough positive about them. If you want efficient, gentle, wonderful care with moving, they are who you need to go with. Worth every penny and then some.

However... this time was a bad experience. We just needed two pieces of gym equipment and a part of a sectional sofa moving from the house to a shed we have converted to a gym. The distance is maybe 200 feet and they carried everything - no vehicle needed. $275 for 15 minutes work (their minimum hourly rate). During their time on site one of them noticed our fruit trees and I gave them a bag so they could take some home. One of them obviously ate one and left the peels scattered in my driveway. When moving the gym equipment, they hit the drywall and created a hole. They said they would repair the hole but not color match/paint the "repair". How is that "repairing" if I am left out of pocket to make their mistake whole? Charlie Weaver admitted it was him who had littered my property, but was adamant that their policy is only to repair the wall, not make it to how it was before they arrived. When I mentioned the $275 for 15 minutes work, he said it included the hour round trip for his crew. The policy/contract says that the clock only starts when they arrive - why would I pay for their time/gas before they arrive? If you are in the moving business the cost of getting to a job site is part of your business overhead. When talking to Charlie I expressed several times that "repair" means making things whole. He hung up on me. He sent me a copy of the contract which states "repair only" but those words were in a different font and spacing from the rest of the contract. Definitely will not be using them again.
