The training you do receive is very poor and not very in depth as to how they want things being done with what you're assigned to do that day. I always have to be sure to double check with the supervisor and quality guy on the shift to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Most employees can't even park between the designated parking lines in the parking lot.. especially the guy who drives the ugly Green Dodge Charger they probably can't even complete a coloring book without going outside the lines and is probably even worse at painting. I wouldn't trust them with your powder coating needs as the employees can't even park between the lines..
