I talked to the daycare director (Erica Hall) on 5th March to enquire about the availability and…read morethey confirmed to have full time slot available for my 22-month-old son. They scheduled a facility tour on 7th March (Thursday) 4.00PM and I went for the same. During the tour the staff (Not Erica) gave me the application packet for the admission. I completed the application and submitted the application in-person to Erica Hall (Director) on 8th March (Friday) 4.00pm. I asked her whether my son can start his first day from 18th March. She said she will review the application and get back to me. The following week, 12th March I sent the medical statement obtained from my son's pediatrician via email and asked about the start date. I called daily to follow up in that week. But the response was definitely different after I submitted the application in -person. I even asked her to provide me a tentative start date on 13th March, to apply for childcare assistance program (CCAP), and she said she will complete the form and send it to me next day (14th march) with expected start date for my son. I called few times on Thursday, and I got no proper response. I called again on Friday (15th March) to enquire about the form. That time her (Erica) response was totally different. Suddenly she told me there is no full-time availability for my son (Toddler). When I asked about her previous conversations about the availability, she changed the reason as 'Admission and security deposit fee was not paid". I reminded her that I was expecting for the confirmation from her to pay the fees. She simply said, "You didn't pay the fee and the slot was filled". I just asked why I was not informed about paying the fee, despite the fact that I called the office multiple times this week. When I asked, she mentioned that she left multiple voicemail messages which was a big lie. I did not get even one call or voicemail from her. I even asked if they have part time availability at least, as my wife' s job is at stake. But even she said they don't have any openings till 2025. Their response was changed drastically and giving multiple reasons for rejection. I expressed that, I felt like being discriminated. Later for my email she accused me of being disrespectful conversation. All I asked was why was I not informed about the fees; despite I called at least 5-6 times in that week. Later that day, I asked my friend to call them to ask for an availability for same 22-month-old boy, she (Erica) attended the call and told there is part time availability for Three days/week. She even asked our friend to come for facility tour Next Monday (18th March). This was shocking to hear. Further, she immediately responded to the request email rescheduling the tour to next day. But she did not respond to our Tuesday email till today. I really felt bad for my son. And I am very happy that our son was not learning things from them.

So they didn't fix the issue they just figured they would get rid of my children who did nothing wrong. my son Liam started at Sweet angels when was just under 6 months, he weighed 16 lbs - everyday we…read morepicked him up he was inconsolable and 3/5 days a week he was in different clothing because he would wet and soil through his diaper there. We did not have these issues at home so I began asking questions and would get responses as "it's not the same at home" and frustration so as a new first time mom I started to think maybe I was being too picky. My mom picked him up one day and felt the same way that our little treasure was not himself. So I started to pay more attention. Well one day my husband came to pick my son up at a different than usual time and Liam at 9.5 months was sitting on the floor hysterical and inconsolable the teacher in the room said I don't know why he is like this, he's been like this for almost an hour. Well my husband grabbed his sheet off the counter and seen my son had not been given his bottle in almost 6 hours!!! Now Liam was on 6 ounces every 3 hours! How something like this could happen is beyond me. We immediately pulled him. He went to the doctor for his 9 month check up the following Monday and we learned he only gained 1 lb we spoke with the doctor about why we pulled him and asked about daycare changes and just different questions new parents have. Our pediatrician was concerned about the lack of weight gain and asked is it possible this happened more than just this one incident and that is why he is always upset when we leave because he is hungry. My husband and I started logging when we dropped supplies off in the beginning because it seemed like we were just supplying the entire center with wipes, well I said to my husband lets calculate how many bottle a container of formula makes and see if they had enough. We did the make and they were short 1.5 containers. So they didn't request the formula enough. Now I would not have done this math on a normal basis because I wouldn't find it would be necessary. Our pediatrician setup a follow up appointment for 30 days later to check Liam's weight now that he was not in their care to see if he was gaining appropriately again (I say again because his growth was normal before his stint at sweet angels)- well 30 days later he went in for his weigh after being in what I feel to be the most terrific daycare ever and our sweet little boy gained 2 lbs and was just a happy camper everyday!! His personality was how he was with us on the weekends daily now!! No inconsolable tantrums after daycare...and as far as the diaper soiling accidents the ceased as well! Liam I am proud to say since December has only went through the diaper 3xs at his new daycare!!! Nothing changed diet wise or diaper wise! Always used pampers. Now why would his growth chart be normal and drop for the duration he was at the center and then rebound immediately after changing to a different center. I didn't go public with it until my sister in law just recently removed her son from the infant room because I was worried they would retaliate again him. So I posted a review just like the post I am writing to you both. It was removed saying my review was not on the core product. It was definitely on the core product. They reported it to not look bad so I have been spreading the word now and the owner has called my husband not me and threatened a law suit and said has the money to do it, so why not invest in the center to improve the quality of the children's care!

They said that he refused to participate in class activities and that is why he is "so behind academically." Each day was a battle to drop my son off at this other daycare. He would scream and cry. It literally broke my heart. After hearing the staff talk about my son in such a negative manner, I decided to leave! It was then that I started at Sweet Angels. The staff seemed very warm and welcoming to me and my son. The first day (like I expected) was very rough. He screamed and cried. But to my surprise, when I picked him up, HE WAS PLAYING WITH KIDS AND LAUGHING!! The second day he fussed at drop off and the third day he raced me to the door to get into school. What a difference Sweet Angels has made in our daily lives!! My son is happy to go o school each day, he has friends, the teachers all seem to really care about him and he always participates. Each day he brings home crafts and worksheets!! Thank you Sweet Angels for making each day a happy one!!! (A special thank you to Miss Sara and Miss Lily!!!!---you are truly wonderful!!!! Before enrolling here, we have been to couple of day care, out of all , this was came out as better than others. The Director, Asso. Director both are very kind and professional. They would do best to accommodate your request. Since this is franchised establishment so it does come with few pros and cons. Pros such as ease of online payment facility, a friendly mobile app sharing all activity of your child instantly as that happens, transparent and quick communication with teachers, as far as cons are concerned, like other corporate establishment it does regulated by policies where center has little to no influence so at times even folks want to help they simply can not. Our kid is only 3 month old so can't have his feedback on how he has been taken care during his stay, but he seems content once we are home from there so I guess he's finding it quite okay. Looking forward to see our kid grow here and would update this review once he has started talking. :-)
