The week we were all set to welcome our guests for the holidays, Doo Care's technician left a note on our door that service was complete - however, the front yard was not even serviced - I checked our cameras and the individual literally did not even give a single scoop. My husband and I had to snpend two hours cleaning the area ourselves. As we had been customers for several months - I immediately contacted the company via text and gave them a chance to resolve. They assured me a tech would return immediately. That did not happen. No one came back. I sent an email to the company as well - no reply. I then sent a cancel notice, expecting the company might offer something like a month free to keep us on board. However, they simply cancelled our account. We now have Pet Butler - much better service and a fraction of the cost. read more

I've been a client for a few months now, and have nothing but great things to say. Very responsive to phone and email, got signed up right away, and pretty much haven't thought about it since (in a great way!). They come every other week, and most of the time I notice how clean the yard is before I even see their handy door hanger that says they were here. Today I happened to be playing in the yard with my two little kids and dog when Stacy came to do her thing -- for a job that could easily be completely miserable, she was so friendly and pleasant and chatted with my 3 year old as he followed her pointing out poops ;) Keep up the great work, your service is excellent and it seems like you keep your employees happy too which says a lot! read more

I'm surprised to see three negative reviews on here. I've been using Doo Care for the past 6 months and LOVE the service. The owner is exceptionally kind and patient with me, even when I call him at odd times. He is friendly and knowledgable, which I appreciate. Also, my yard is ALWAYS poop-free, every time. I want to encourage all service buyers to read the fine print on websites before complaining. I think that would solve a lot of people's problems. Bottom line, Doo Care is a NEED for my family, right up there with electricity and water. Ha. We love this service and will continue using it for years to come! read more

I have been using Doo Care service twice weekly for approximately 4 months. I have two large dogs that make a large amount of poop. My experience with Doo Care has been very positive. Every one that I have talked to has been VERY friendly and customer focused. The staff does a great job of keeping the yard clean and getting all of the poop picked up with no issues or problems. I believe that the Doo Care prices are reasonable and I am pleased to have found a company and service that works out so well with no hassles. I have always been extremely pleased with their service and would HIGHLY recommend them--they are nothing if not reliable, and their techs are friendly and professional. And, if there's ever a problem (i.e.: excessive snow on the ground that makes pick-up difficult, etc.), they notify me of that fact asap. To that end, they also get back to any questions or concerns in a timely fashion, as well. Mike and the ladies at Doo Care were awesome! They helped me out during the winter and didn't hassle me to keep service up when I didn't need it. They were always consistent and did a great job, which isn't easy during the winter months. Everyone was super friendly and I feel like their prices were very fair. I thought it was great that they always replaced the garbage bag in my can, I wasn't expecting that (sometimes it's the little things!). We have used Doo Care for the last few years and each time the yard and deck are cleaned free of al our BIG dogs too. I was happy to begin using their services one summer when I got a flier and thought, "Why not?" It certainly is nice to be free of doing this chore whether on a hot stinky summer day or a freezing winter morning. If snow prevents them from cleaning the yard, they remove as much as they can and leave a note. They always try, whatever the weather. We had Doo Care service our yard for the cold weather months. Last winter I nearly fell several times on the ice and the cold air aggravated my asthma. Doo Care allowed us to enjoy our pets without health problems for us. They always showed up at the same time and secured the gate when they were done. They also arrive in a company truck. Just hired Doo Care and LOVE the service. I can't believe there is a service that does this and actually comes to the city. I hate dog poop and now might get another pup. Doo Care is BY FAR the best service out there for waste removal. Mike is wonderful and my pups love the people that come out to do the service.
