Holy cow what an experience, I walked in to ask about some optics and didn't have the pistol and he started going into analogies of 22" wheels and offsets etc I thought I was at rent-n-roll! Went and got gun to only speak about their top brand as that's all they wanted to sell so I asked about other accessories they have and before I could finish to ask where the magazines were so I can buy one or two, here come more analogies of gosh dang engines and something about customs steering wheel wraps or or don't even know cause my ADD kicked in thinking about yesterday waiting on him to finish so I could just leave....omg never again read more

I went in to purchase handguns and when the background did not come back the same day, I asked what I would need to do regarding a refund. Instead of them answering my question, they responded rudely and were dismissive of my concern. I finally informed them that I understood they could not "release" the weapon but I needed to know what to do in the event the background never processed as they mentioned can sometimes happen. They said that I could get a full refund and they'd waive the restocking fee. I then asked, if I needed anything stating the gun was not received but was paid for and instead of answering my question, a guy responded, "We have been in business for over 30-years, we are legit". I said "I am not questioning that but I do want to ensure I don't have any issues when I return. I am honestly at dismay. They were not as forthcoming as my dad said they would be. :( I am honestly disappointed in the responses from all 3 workers Especially after spending $1,500.00!!! If this is how they treat their customers, they never have to worry about getting another one of my black dollars. I tried to stop by today (05/23/2023) just to shop. I didn't really need anything but I did plan to pick up some ammo. I arrived at 9:58am and tried the door which was locked. I glanced at my watch and saw that it was 9:58 and observed that the door said they opened at 10:00am. The door opened and a man said, "We open at 10:00." He then closed the door and I returned to my car. (I thought the exchange was odd, but it was whatever.) I waited until a few minutes after 10:00 then tried the door again. The door was locked. I turned to start back to my car, and I heard the door slam "loudly" behind me. My wife had oped her car door and heard someone say, "sorry, sorry, sorry" before the door slammed. I didn't hear anything likely because of traffic noise. After I returned to the car, she told me what she heard. Now I was starting to get concerned so I attempted to call but there was no answer. I then called 911 and related my experience in case they were under duress so that law enforcement could do a wellness check. Strangest encounter I've ever had with a store. My first experience shooting a gun. Me and my husband came here yesterday. We had the BEST instructor! Sherri Selia is amazing. She's sweet, funny, fun, and she knows about her guns! She is very passionate about her work! She took her time and walked me f through everything. She was very patient with me and made sure I was relaxed and confident about each step before going to the next. It was an awesome experience! We are definitely coming back! And....if you should so happen to change your mind because of this and ask for refund because of their poor service...you don't even get all your money back and you get nothing but a headache.
