The key to any pizza is the crust, and the crust is even more important with Chicago-style pizzas. They have it nailed at Roma's. It was the first time I can remember that I actually ate the crust-ends on a Chicago-style pizza! Ask for a side of their meat sauce for dipping -- decades old recipe that is truly delicious.
