Technician came out and replaced it with another customers device-I asked him who's name is on the box "oh that is my next customer, yours is in the truck" he changed to the correct one to find it did not work either. He then blamed it on the Controller on the Generac. They are demanding that I pay the monthly fee=FOR WHAT-the relay does NOT WORK? Generac Inc.referred me to another company and came and inspected it they said everything is operating as it should and I do not need the relay.

I am moving from Houston to Lake Charles. Jacob at prime was one of the only people to take down my information and put me on a waiting list. He called me immediately when he unexpectedly had a unit come available. As I am still residing in Houston and unable to go in to sign the paperwork, he sent me ensign documents via email and made it extremely easy for me to secure the unit. He even set up my gate code over the phone and put a lock on my unit for me. I can't say enough good things about Jacob and Prime!!
